    OK, dash gets some not so delicate washes, using acrylics. (I hate using acrylics for this, but I'm out of the needed colors in enamels, so will hold off on doing the rest of the interior until I have them.) Once this is thoroughly dry, I'll dry brush with the base color, softening everything up a bit.

    Well it looks good to me. Since the majority of any weathering I ever would attempt would be on the chassis area, and I don't particularly care about that area on most of my models, I doubt I'll ever try it.

    Odd, only the most recent can I purchased, had the frothing issues. After setting for a few minutes, it all cleared (no pun intended) up though.

    I like it too, so thanks. It's actually Floquil Earth. I have a few dozen bottles of the old Floquil paints that I tend to use for various things.

    Thanks a bunch, Maxx. Well I'm slowly plugging away on the interior, with almost everything coated now with semi-gloss clear. The washes to follow, should improve things considerably (I hope).

    I like the wheel/tire combinations, they seem to just "work" on this car.

    Cool looking car, Joe. I traditionally celebrate the 4th with lots of grilled chow, and this weekend has been no exception. I used to shoot off fireworks every year, but the last couple of years I've been unable to justify the expense.
