  1. My guess is they are the Kelsey Hayes wheels from the 66 Mercury Parklane.
  2. make the skirts removable with straight pins and a small magnets glued inside the body? Just a thought Overall, I vote no skirts though
  3. Super Cool.... not what was expected for sure
  4. Not overly impressed with his work on this one. I know his builds go for big bucks sometimes, but this one is a definite rush job IMHO I think Porscheman's is equally nice. yes, the top needs a little, but he went further than the 'bay car.
  5. I'll try to do that for you I have the Rides 65 Ford, to lower the rear, the axle is bowed, like it could be an independent rear, but it is the solid 9" rear...
  6. Thanks, I saw that, but for just a tad more, I got the kit..... delivered. I have a project I can use the lights on, another for the ribbed bumpers, wheels/tires go to the trash, rest gets divided to parts boxes.
  7. Not really sure why it is called a woody
  8. Well, I just ordered the Rides kit, I will update what I find in the box.
  9. Okay, it sounds as if it will work for me then. Thanks Makes 2 of us.
  10. Turned out really nice. One of the nicest I have seen actually
  11. Love 62's.... Front row filling fast!
  12. Found this kit cheap, I have a 40 SD I was rebuilding and was a bit of a glue bomb and was thinking of this as a donor. I heard somewhere that this kit is messed up (fenders lights, ect) What I need to know is if the main body is okay. The one I am rebuilding is bad, upon removing the ultra glued windows, the roof broke around the windshield and I figure it would be easier with a donor body. Any input is appreciated.
  13. Found this in my stash.... 1/24... so it will be a bit bigger.... yay
  14. Yea, I agree also, it does not need to be perfect, just not a BBC. I know a few Monogram kits have tunnel rams and I'll have to do some looking. A hemi is not out of the question Found the RG engine... gotta think bout it a bit. For the price of the Ross I can get a parts kit or two and have more extra parts. I will cut the tops off the Christine covers and use them because they have "Christine" cast in them
  15. HOLY SMOKES that's nice
  16. fixed first please!!!! 58 Ford ANYTHING I would have a bunch of them. Just tired of hacking AMT's HAHAHAHAHAHA
  17. Off topic, but on topic....... whats a good source for 1/32 wheels and tires? I have all these kits partially done, but want to upgrade the rolling stock.
  18. Andy, Thanks for the update, Elvin grabbed me the last one near him. Went out during a monsoon break. What a guy!
  19. Just opened a 20 year old Christine Pro Mod kit. Well, upon inspection of the kit I see it has a Chevy engine . Well, long story short, that is not going to cut it. No way I am putting a Chevy in a Mopar (Just like I will not put a Chevy in a Ford) I know the actual car had a monster wedge motor in it and that is what I would like to use. I would like a Gibson Pro Mod wedge, but not easy to locate. What I need to know is what would be a suitable donor for this build. A nice Hemi in a pinch, but would like the wedge. This is what I want..... or be able to make
  20. Looking good. They did a lil better on the front fenders, very evident in this color.
  21. These are back out? AWESOME
  22. So many posts about this kit, pretty well known it is red. Not sure why they did not mold the interior in black though.
  23. Heading out to get them today for ya
