  1. Those look great! to bad my truck is a short bed... UGH Thanks!
  2. I have been searching and have found a resin behind cab tool box but am really wanting side mount boxes for my build. Anyone know of a source?
  3. Shocked nobody mentioned the guy on the right checking out the oil leak from the car above. Hope they fixed that leak!
  4. The irony of having a 44 year old truck as a back up when the newer ones are down.
  5. Not interested in the Hornet car, but will grab one or two to build a more custom Imperial
  6. Blunt is a good way to describe it
  7. Builds up good, but in my eye the front end looks wonky.
  8. No stock or stock style windshield? Well, that lowers it on my want list for sure. Looks cool otherwise.
  9. I for one am gonna grab one. A few years ago I had one partially built and traded it off for something. I made some minor changes to that one and plan to do the same again. Glad to see it back.
  10. HORRAY!!!!!!!!!! The front of the Revell always looked wonky to me so this is great news.
  11. What is up with the Mustang in the background? Revell?
  12. I just took ownership of this 49 Merc. I was brave and drove it 900+ miles home. I was not waiting for no damn transport truck!!!
  13. My Wooster Ohio Walmart and Hobby Lobby score today. I bought the metallic tape to try to use like bare metal foil on side trim.
  14. Right. I almost grabbed the Caterpillar dozer also. I did find the Pete' online for $42 delivered from a place I buy from frequently.
  15. But the monogram is a 1/24 scale making the size correct, or more correct
  16. One of those old simple kits that build up to look so nice. Outstanding job on this build! FYI, want Buick wheels? Maybe someone has a set from the Monogram GSX......
  17. Looks great!
  18. I have been seeing quite a few of these nicely built lately. Yours ranks right with the other nice ones.
  19. I have used them over primer also. I used the O scale 5/8 rivets on my Freightliner and wish I had used the 7/8 rivets.
  20. I grabbed one of these recently even though it looks all distorted on the box art. The roof looks kinda squashed and the entire car looks twisted. After opening the box, I thought about using it as a donor kit for an MPC trans Am, but I have enough "projects" so I quickly traded it off. The body was a mess in my opinion and I was not gonna try to correct it..
  21. It is built like an old tractor.... the drive train is the frame.
  22. Wish I had grabbed some when Hobby Lobby had them. Although simple I always liked that kit.
