Simple or not, I like the subject matter. Wonder if the Revell Cadillac low rider chassis will fit under it? I also see the model "C" , "P" and "B" is available

1/25 AMT 1977 Ford Delivery Van w/Coke Machine
Sledsel replied to Casey's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
Yes, I will get this... I have 2 of the Cruising vans, but this is pretty cool, but I will need to open the rear doors. Hope the Coke Machine is not to tall to fit inside. I have one correct wheel and dog dish (molded together in black) for this off an unknown kit. I may need to get a resin casting kit at HL -

I remember this from the magazine. Clearly recall you mentioning the rear fenders are already tubbed. -
Pretty sure they are from the AMT/Ertl Fast and Furious Charger

Looks pretty darn good to me

Looking good, but those roll bars are huge! I love just making something out of nothing like this

Doing a great job on that turd. I like it.

Yes it did, and with alot of work, the Revell can be a nice kit. One day I will finish this. BTW, Tulio can make the worst BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH kit look good!

Correct! The front of this is a train wreck IMO. Everything was stretched to make the bottom of the bumper level with the bottom of the rocker panel, which it is not. You also need to fix the front fenders, rear quarters, tail light bezels and gauge cluster hump on the dash.

Thanks guys... Gave me a feel of accomplishment. Finished 3 builds last month!

Bought a few different ones of these because... who knows. Decided to do one out of the box. Well, it was fun, and a little detailing went a long way. Cannot wait to do the others. The only thing not from the kit is the tires, the supplied ones were too narrow IMO

I am in for the Wildcat and Stockers.

Was not sure where to post this, but does anyone make big rig decals for 1/32 scale? Backstory: My 13 yo son decided (for the first time) he wanted to build this past rainy Saturday. We headed out and he got a Revell Ford Aeromax. Well, after telling me he wished to "build it" and not just assemble, I grabbed a 1/32 freightliner and trailer. We sat at the table Saturday working together and he used the knife to cut the sprues, sanded the areas smooth, removed flash and mold lines, ect ect. Well, prep and paint for both of us, and he noticed the kit had stickers, not decals and now wants decals so it don't look like a toy. Still working on it, he is learning to paint trim and such. Sorry for the long post, but 1/32 decals?

I have had dealings with them and it is all good. Nice parts. I am attaching some item pics. All original parts, no stolen and recast items. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1757409821029826/about/
