  1. I think this is the rarest one I have, it's currently under construction. Here's some others that will be built/restored.........
  2. Any word on the Bill Ireland CJ Mustang decals?
  3. Here's my glue-bomb. The interior bucket and windshield ARE going to be FUN to get unglued! This one wasn't really a glue-bomb, but it had it's share of problems.
  4. There's so many, it varies day to day. Today it's this............
  5. The story of my life. I don't know (and don't want to) how many unfinished projects I have.
  6. I have not had good service. I bought two teardrop hoods for AMT '65 Mustangs. They were both undersize. Here's their response.... "I checked those hoods out and you are right, they are narrow The master fits, just made a new mold for those, don't know how I got so much shrinkage on the new mold. Most of the hood I do are a bit larger for a better fit. I'll take me a few weeks to make a new mold or you can try to add a piece of strip plastic to the side." So I asked for new hoods, and never got another response, or new hoods. I'll never buy from them again.
  7. Great work! How did you make the bales of hay?
  8. Thx Curt! More progress.....the front wall "glass" is installed, and the Zephyr letters are done.
  9. Thanks for the post, I'll be ordering one asap. I'm thinking Dirty Harry...
  10. I decided the station needed a candy machine, so I threw one together today. I found a photo of a vintage candy dispenser, added my fav candy bars and printed it out on photo paper. Next I made a simple plastic box and glued the images on. I used brass rod for the legs.
  11. This one was in Miami, next to the Tropicaire Drive-In. http://cinematreasures.org/theaters/16525/photos
  12. I thought about it. But, it seems like no one bothers to lift the seat on public johns.
  13. Thx guys I received the toilets and sinks from Scale Equipment. They are very nice, and come with everything shown here. I did some measuring and found the toilets are slightly undersized; the sinks are way too big. So I "resized" the sinks to fit the tiny bathrooms. Here's the finished women's toilet. I glued a piece of clear plastic in with Elmers glue to simulate water. For a look at the "realistic" gas station men's toilet (not for the easily offended!), click here........ http://public.fotki.com/fordflashback/dioramas/gas-station-1/1520210354476.html And the attendant's uniform is getting some detailing too....
  14. Around 1979 one of my brothers bought a '66 Special with a 300 V8. Just like this one, except for the cool wheels. I need to find a Skylark kit to build a replica. Was the 300 a nailhead?
  15. WOW that's freakin' cool!!
  16. More progress on the station.....
  17. I've played around with some of the Motormax 69s. Good cheap fun!
  18. Is it safe to assume "55,00 EUR" is 55 Euros?
  19. Thanks Mark, good info. I was hoping to see the GT reissued some day.
  20. This kit has the cool tall Mercury valve covers. I have a set on my 1:1 Fairlane.
  21. Is there any chance this kit will ever be reissued/updated? Or was the tooling changed to produce the Modified Stocker?
