  1. Looks like an awesome project!!
  2. Looks like a cool project! I just realized the other day that I haven't built a Peterbilt in almost 20 years, and was considering starting a 358 project. I think you may have just inspired me to do just that. Looking forward to seeing more!
  3. Sounds like a great project!! If you have too many Can-Do wreckers, let me know.?
  4. Thanks! The fans were 3-D printed. They were a product of Double Take Replicas. Sadly they are not available anymore. KJ the owner has stopped casting and selling right now to spend more time with his family which is great! Your kids are only little once!
  5. Looks Great! I like the green and white!!
  6. Nice project! You may try outside pictures. Sunlight works really well for pictures. My house is pretty dark too.
  7. I just saw that and recognized your grill, dash and emblems. By the quality, I knew that this wasn't from you. Your stuff is top notch! I was wanting to find a 60 GMC hood like that one though. Do you offer the hood too? If not, do you know who does or did originally. I could tell in the pictures that this stuff had several air bubble holes in it. I wasn't going to order from them after seeing that it was a copy of your stuff. I was just wondering where I could get a hood like this to go with the grill, emblems and engine that I got from you. Thanks! Sorry that someone is copying your stuff! Brian
  8. Thanks for all the comments! This one is now "UNDER GLASS."
  9. This began with a new Ertl Transtar II cab and all the Transtar II specific parts that I picked up cheap. The chassis is from the latest release of the Ertl IH 4300 kit that I picked up cheap at Olies. The trailer is from an Ertl Paystar logger kit. The 6v-92T Detroit engine is from GW trucks. The truck tires are from KJ at Double Take Replicas. The trailer wheels were left overs from my last Transtar II build. The frame extension was made using the frame sections the I cut out of my last Transtar II build along with a couple of sections cut out of an Ertl DM 800 Mack frame. I usually don't build completely clean trucks, but that is how this one came out.
  10. I just went back through all 14 pages and I'm just speechless! This is beyond amazing! True craftsmanship!
  11. I'm liking this paint scheme!
