  1. Looks great! I picked up one of your headache racks and it looks great! I'll be using it on something soon I hope.
  2. Looks great so far! You've captured the vintage look! Great work!
  3. Looking great Lee! I like these old trucks too! I didn't like them back in the day though. Drivers used to say they felt like they were in a fish bowl with the big windshield in these.
  4. Lee if I'm not mistaken the 1468 had the DV550 IH v-8 diesel and the v-800 engines were used in the big 4568, 4586 and the 4786 tractors. Great progress on this build!
  5. Very nice! I like the snow and ice effect! I don't know that I've ever seen ice sickles on a model truck before. Nice work!
  6. Both builds are beautiful! I like old steam tractors! Great work!!
  7. Beautiful work as always!! Very realistic!! I really like the dump cylinder set up. I don't think that I've ever seen one like that. Top notch all around!
  8. Great looking build Pat! I like the headache rack! Great work! Awesome looking fleet!
  9. Great looking Mack! Great tribute to your dad too! Nice work!
  10. Great work Brian! This may be my favorite Alaskan Hauler build that I've seen. The weathering is very convincing! Looks Great!
  11. Well I'm impressed. First you made a master in plaster, then after casting it in fiberglass you came up with this great looking model. I've worked with fiberglass cabs before, it is hard as a brick. Top notch work!!
  12. It has been quite some time since I ordered from Auslowe, but it took 3 weeks to process my order and then 3 weeks to arrive after it was shipped. There was no world wide emergency at that time. From what I understand, international orders are experiencing pretty large delays right now. I'm even having trouble getting things shipped from Canada without it taking forever. If it took 3 weeks under normal conditions, I would figure around 4-5 weeks, just guessing.
  13. If I'm not mistaken the two 525 engines from that era would have either been a 12v-71T Detroit or most likely a KTA Cummins. Both of these offered 525hp ratings. While these aren't listed on this brochure, they may have been available in another year model or a very special order. "Supposedly" the 4300 that I saw with the 3408 was factory, but it was said that only a few of those were built. I've not found a listing that shows one available though.
  14. The 3406 was available in 75. This brochure is labeled 11/74. I plan to build one with a 3408 based on a truck that I saw at a truck show.
