  1. Have Patience, Grasshopper. They will be there.
  2. And,,,, Chris has built it! Tires look outstanding. Build looks fiddly. (but then it always was)
  3. I too, am anxious to see what wheels Revell drops in the new Camaro kit. The Ice Cube Tray hood seem like a 'No Brainer', but then Revell has always done things oddly. Time will tell.
  4. Note, this version of the kit is missing the hard spare tire that mounts on the trunk, that used to be in the kit. Not sure why. The last version that was out several years ago, was missing it too. If you want the spare, you need to get the box with the Orange car on it.
  5. Our one local hobby shop has opened back up. Only one customer in the store at a time, and masks required. Oddly the owner complains that business is not good. Go Figure......
  6. HPI Guy has the Kit!
  7. It would require both great confidence, and a 'puckish' sense of humor, but a Rat Fink Branded Garbage Truck has a certain air of inevitability to it. I'd do it, but I'm not sure what the Roth Estate and Round2 would think of it. (maybe only run 200 or so, and sell them only on the website, not in stores)
  8. Without looking inside one of the other kits, there is no way to know. Anybody got one open that can show the contents?
  9. I wonder if Round2 will provide the Chrome Steelies in the rear? Dig the vintage WWV-278 California Lic Plate!
  10. Modeler's cup will be running over for Early 1960's Chevy Drag Cars in the next 12 months!
  11. That will go nice with the GTO. I wonder if we'll ever get the Mustang or any other body styles from this series?
  12. Rob, I think the Dom/Vin pic was chosen because it is more familiar now. It will sell more kits, IMHO. But, You could be right.
  13. Aye, That's great, Jim! Good for you.
  14. I am excited to see your progress. Things look good.
  15. Fair Enough, then. Thanks for taking the trouble, fellows.
  16. So, JIm. Did Revell add in any new parts, or is this just a 'decal only' upgrade?
  17. Thanks For sharing, Mr. Dean. I always like to see these posts.
  18. Too Bad, this Bronco is the Wrong year for a Longmire Build. The R/M kit and this one bracket the target, but miss on either side of it. Oh Well......
  19. And, what's wrong with that..... Can never have enough Lic Plate Decals. ?
  20. So, who is going to be the first to say, "I'm sorry" for all the vitriol directed at Dave / Moebius for the "Chopped Roof" Tempest-in-a-Teapot, that prompted this re-work? Dave, Thank You for listening. I'm sure this will pay large dividends to Moebius going forward.
  21. For those who may never have seen this kit "in the Wild' so to speak, here are the instructions. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/monster-trucks-pull/amt-wild-hoss-ford-/?view=roll Not a lot of options in the box, but It was better than the MPC Bronco, IICR. You will get two sets of wheels, bare plastic & chromed. Chrome Tree is small. The original deals were not all that expansive, but I guess will be bigger in this issue. I'd expect the same tires that were in the recent Jimmy/Blazer kits. A fun kit for sure.
  22. 'Strata Blue' Chevy, eh Bob? We drove Grumman Step Vans on our Flightlines at Kadena AB. I was an F-15 Crew Chief for 2.5 years. Wish I had pics of our Flightline. Alan Alexis (USAF 1983-1988)
  23. Thin Pickings in this video. Maybe Round2 is saving the Good Stuff for December........?
