  1. Great! I , also, cannot wait to see what you do with this kit.
  2. Vinegar, would be where I'd start on Tobacco stains.
  3. It could be Nicotine stains too. I've seen plastic turn yellow from exposure to Cigarette Smoke. See if the yellow stains feel a bit greasy.
  4. I hear You! Knock Out the Client Stuff, and get back to modeling when you are more settled.
  5. I did not know that about the convertible. So much for that idea. Thanks for letting me know.
  6. Holy Wah! The detail work is amazing! Eye Strain for sure building that. What a unique subject for a build. It looks great so far.
  7. Glad to have you with us, Sir! I'm in Bakersfield, so at least we;re in the same state.
  8. The Sheet Metal changes in 1966. So, a whole new body would need to be tooled up. I'm not sure what parts (if any) would carry over to the 1966-1967 car. Since it was a 2 year only body style, that would make a business case for new tooling a bit harder to justify. But, one can always hope. I also think a Ragtop or Four Door body might be possibilities for a future extension of the tooling. ( I'd prefer the 4 door Sedan, but I think the 'Vert would sell better)
  9. What a Great Pair of builds. I had a 1966 Split Window. I really loved that Bus. Your builds make me wish I still had it! Good Show.
  10. Neat! What a great option for people who lived in states that border Mexico.
  11. I have a pair of Monogram '39 Chevy kits, that are waiting this exact engine swap. Any problems getting it to fit? I see you used the Automatic from the Sedan Delivery Kit. Would the other trans from the '53 have worked? Cheers, Alan
  12. So, any Updates on the Night Train? I really want to see how it comes out. I like your choice of paint, and I want to see how the pair look.
  13. Great Little Hauler! I like the scratch built bed.
  14. Impressive Looking Bronco. The Working Steering is especially note worthy. Can't wait to see in completed.
  15. I like that Green Colour on the original kit, Tim. Is that a Tamiya or Testors Colour?
  16. I like it! The Colour Choice sounds perfect.
  17. The Tri-Power On the V-8 is an artifact of duplicating the original kit. You will notice that both the 1960 & 1963 Fords have the same Tri-Power set up. I've thought of robbing the AMT 56 or '57 Ford Cars for an Air Cleaner and Carb, and just filling and painting the Intake from the truck kit, to look more like a stock intake.
  18. What is everyone's favorite brand of AUTOMOTIVE 2K clear? The Kind that doesn't make me sick, probably.
  19. Outstanding Job, on that truck! Good Show.
  20. What an Awesome build! You really captured the Pre-WWII vibe with your truck. It might look better with some dirt and door markings, but it looks showroom fresh right now.
  21. Looks Good. Those Caution lights are almost always fabbed. My Recent Former Employer, has his shop build mounts for every one of his trucks. Yours has the look of what I saw on his work trucks.
