  1. I think i'm gonna have to change the title of this build to; "MOSTLY scratchbuilt…..", since I found some kit parts that are perfect. When looking at the photos of one of the interiors, I noticed that the seats looked VERY familiar.....and they were!....they are exactly the same ones out of my Tamiya Porsche 911 kit!! Also strangely enough, I found that my spare set of Lotus Sport 300 wheels are almost a perfect match for a set that I saw on one in photos! Lastly; the tyres shown in the first photo are Pirrelli PZeros…….I got the right size ones from one of my spare Tamiya Ferrari Mythos kits!!!...things seem to be falling in line, and if it goes as well as I plan, maybe I can find somewhere that will make all the parts in resin......if theres people who want one.
  2. Yes it is, Bill!, its what I like to call; "a 3/4 engine detailed kit", if done right, it could look complete, due to how they engineered it, and the fact that there are still a lot of highly detailed parts.
  3. Thanks, Tim!...go get one!...its a fantastic kit!!
  4. Sorry I missed your response, Silvester, Yes I did make that Honeycomb grille see-through, by using a diamond Barrel carefully, then sanding.....I will show everyone during this build.
  5. Today I was only able to get a couple things done, due to the fact that i'm working on seven models at once...lol. Today I decided that i'm going to work on each one for no more than two hours, then move through the group as I go......kinda like speed-dating...lol -Here I managed to get a good start on those embarrassing molded-in pedals...they had to go!, besides, they were totally wrong anyway! The gas peddle will stick-up out of that box I made.
  6. Thanks, Justin!..just about to post another update!
  7. Yes they do, Scott!, I even have these 3D decals for Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Porsches! The set includes emblems, centercaps, and steering wheel buttons for 1/43 up to 1/8 I think...at least 1/12 for sure. I agree by the way, the Esprit deserves to have up to date technology!!
  8. That's funny, Ismael!...enjoy!!
