  1. Nice work, Keke! And at least the year is right!
  2. Very nice, David! It's very nice to see something besides the usual Fords & Chevys, especially a stock one.
  3. AMC bought the tooling for their V6 from Buick, should be very close externally, so a Buick with a V6 should work just as well.
  4. Great color for that car, very nice work! Well done!
  5. Stunning work as always, Tulio! BTW, if you didn't know already, the Testors version of that car, for all of it's bad qualities, includes the different parts to make a '46 or '47 version in it if you decide to make one of each year of that body style.
  6. Very nice work, Bo!
  7. My grandmother bought those cloth calendars with the stick with a string on it for many years and saved all of them. When they got older and grandpa retired she began to look through them every year to find one that the dates matched the upcoming year. I always thought it was cool the first time I went to their house after New Year's so I could see "what year it was this year". After she passed away and we were cleaning their house out I found all of them in the attic. I kept, and still have them, she passed away in 1984!
  8. Very cool idea, and excellent execution!
  9. That will make a great color for that car, Steve! Any ideas about interior color yet?
  10. Great job as always Tulio!
  11. So glad to hear from you Harry, thanks for the update! Sounds as if the worst is behind you and you can start working on making some progress!
  12. Coming along very nicely, as usual, Tulio!
  13. Another beauty Steve! Your work is always stunning!
  14. Bill, there was an identical car to that in the Hemmings Motor News last month! Could be yours if you happen to have an extra $89k burning a hole in your pocket!!
  15. Really cool idea! Would like to see some progress pics.
  16. Very nice! Haven't seen too many of those.
  17. Very nice, Doug! Those Galaxie kits are a challenge, but worth the effort! Would like to see more car subjects from them!
  18. The USPS and UPS work together more than what you think. I have some coin subscriptions with the US Mint, they routinely send my packages out with their local USPS carrier, turn them over to UPS to bring it to my area, then turn them back over to the USPS to deliver them to me!! Seems very strange, but they have been doing it that way for years, I haven't had any problems.
  19. Same as most of you guys, I am mostly into Classic Rock/Motown, but I do enjoy hearing Johnny Cash.
  20. What about the AMT '69 Cougar? Was probably pretty descent when new, but the molds seem to be wearing out now, and should probably be scrapped! But there isn't much out there in the way of Mercurys, and such a beautiful one at that!
  21. I agree with you on this one, Jesse! One of my favorites as a kid, but too difficult at that time. Might have to give it another go!
  22. I know, Myron, it seems like we are always last to get EVERY new product! The EXCUSE I've always gotten has to do with us being between all those big lakes makes it harder for us to get shipments of things to us!!
  23. Very well done! Haven't seen one in a while!
  24. Nice job! Really nice to see one that isn't fire engine red or pink!
  25. All are beautiful, as usual, Steve!
