  1. Me too. Pretty sure all three will end up in my stash. At the very least, I'll have one of the vans.
  2. Perfect paint choice for that car. Can't wait to see more!
  3. The Revell W900 is a good starter kit for sure. Revell also has the Peterbilt 359, which is similar to the Kenworth. I also like the AMT International 4070A. It's more detailed kit than the two Revell kits above, a little more complicated, but it goes together beautifully. It's almost like Tamiya, in how well it assembles.
  4. DoT was not accurate, but then...the film makers weren't going for accuracy. They were going for something that looked and felt exciting. Mission accomplished. Yeah, it's a dumb movie, but it's fun to watch. Even if it's the exact same story as Top Gun, just with cars instead of planes. I'd watch a sequel. Although for the life of me I can't figure out how there's any kind of a story to expand upon. Unless they just copy Maverick.
  5. I love those bubble window Capris. Especially that first one you posted, the sand coloured one.
  6. So what became of the Bronco? Di you still have it? I like that Jeep kit. Does it scale out to 1/24? I have a couple of their kits, and they have no scale listed, but are pretty darn close to 1/24.
  7. Looks great! I like the tire tracks, although a few more donuts would be more fun! Outdoor lighting is so much better for taking pics. nicely done!
  8. Nice job! And you're right, the pics we get with our phones just don't compare to a real camera. Suggestion...take your pics outside. Natural light and a real camera give excellent results!
  9. Well, you can always PM me and we can discuss.
  10. I've never really had an issue with printing wheels. I usually just print them either flat, or at a 22 degree angle. At a slight angle seems to eliminate a lot of the layer lines. And I print at a .02 layer height. Takes longer, but the results are really good. For tires, I print them flat.
  11. It is still available. ?
  12. I noticed his work a while ago, but have yet to buy anything. He has some interesting designs for sure. His images look pretty accurate.
  13. I like it! Looks exactly like that old Shapeways material. I bought a hood many years ago and I gave on trying to get it smooth enough to match the rest of the body. Awful stuff! I think you have more patience that I do though!
  14. I've built the 4 door crewcab version. That white reg cab should do very well.
  15. So looking forward to picking a couple of these up.
  16. I keep meaning to pick one of these kits up, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. Looking forward to seeing more!
  17. You mean kind of like they've done with every iteration of this car? Every time they've rebuild this car, they've done what is trendy in the world of performance. The various drivetrains, the suspensions, the wheel choices. All reflect what was going on at the time of the build.
  18. I think the Bronco will be different, as it's the version everyone actually wants in real life.
  19. They're pushing $30k US. A friend of mine purchased one of these this summer. https://golfcartscypress.com/custom_golf_carts/ford-mustang-gt-custom-golf-cart/ I think he's crazy.
  20. I know I've got two of the First Edition. Our two local stores kept selling out. Took me a while to get mine. I think when the inevitable 4 door is released, it will be a bigger seller. Just like the real one. When I worked for a Ford dealer, the 4 door outsold the 2 door probably 10 to 1.
  21. Looks fantastic! Those flares work perfectly. The front bumper is good, but maybe seems a little flat or square. I think with a little sculpting on the wheel arches, they'll be perfect.
  22. That is some very tight clearance! But if it fits, then all is good!
  23. Very cool.
  24. I like it! The outdoor lighting is so much better than anything indoors. And in some of those pics, it looks much large that 1/24. I think the angle of the pic and forced perspective. Anyway, nice work!
