Excellent low rider! Is the headliner a Mexican blanket?

    My 2017 Output

I finished five this year which is a lot for me. I didn't manage to get any outdoor shots so here's a few pics from the light tent and my phone. I showed this Mazda Cosmo earlier in "Under Glass" Here's a Revell Firebird in Primavera Beige Next is an old Thunderbird promo which had the usual broken A-pillar. Color is Gulfstream Aqua. I brought this '68 GTO gluebomb back to life and painted it like a buddy's in Verdoro Green. and finally, I built my first resin kit, a Modelhaus '59 Olds 98 convertible. Thanks for looking!
  3. That's pretty wild, Ray. I want to see where you go with it. ?
  4. I'm with you there, Chris. You can only have so many cars with the 8 lug wheels, although I love 'em.
  5. What Bruce said! I really like your builds, Steve, so we'll take what we can get. The '63 Bonny is spot on...
  6. Excellent work, mi amigo!
  7. Keep 'em coming, Paul!
  8. Very nice, Mike, and not overstated. I like it!
  9. That's fantastic, Cliff. It really takes you back to see the kind of iron that was on the street back then. Love it!
  10. Really nice work on that independent rear suspension, Bill. I'm enjoying following this build.
  11. Beautiful work so far, Janne. The interior will look perfect with the paint you chose for the body.
  12. Very nice Buicks, especially the Riv. The interior looks like a 1:1. Excellent work!
  13. Very pretty Sunliner, Tom!
  14. Amen! Exactly what I was thinking...
  15. Just saw this one, and it's funny but I just finished a build with those very colors. The Ivy Gold I used came from "The Parts Place" and it worked perfectly - metallic but no discernible flakes. The Verdoro Green is from "Automotive Touchup" and is the best rattle can paint I've ever used. Both a bit pricey at $20 or so but I was very happy with the results. Good luck with yours!
  16. That's a sweet MGB, Ray. You're making me want to build one!
  17. Very nice mild custom. That Riv just cries out to be customized!

    FC3 Mazda RX-7

Beautiful rotary rocket, Jurva! That's a very unique custom....
  19. Real nice work there, Spike. I'm glad you avoided that shiny look that some figures have, and that's clever thinking on the details like the rope and the headers.
  20. Excellent idea and you sure made it work.
  21. Rolled that one pretty well, Spike! Nice build of a nostalgic classic.
  22. Sweet! Nice job on the flip flop and getting the top and interior to match.
  23. "I'm goin' for a spin as soon as my nails dry..."
  24. Looking real good, Pat!
  25. Well in spite of all that it really looks good! Just think, it's a build you'll remember...
