Thinking back to my youth, the 348 swap was quite popular. being an actual bolt in and an upgrade in power from the increase in cubic inches regardless of the weight increase. Interestingly enough the "W" block was included in the early fiddley Revell '55-'57 Chevy kits, most people assuming these were 409's

WOW ! Lots of great ideas here. I watch a great blog ( with little automotive content however) Andy's Hobby Headquarters He uses acrylic mostly and doesn't use a spray both, just shoots right there in his shop. -
Wanna clean up the body for paint, remove all those factory badges and trim, what works for you ? Guess this is a two part question as removing is one thing and prep would be another. Oh yeah , ghosting is what we're trying to avoid. First , what do YOU use to remove the badging, just cut it off with a #11, scrape it off, sand them off, or, combination there of?

Got a new mattress when I was in the navy, lived off base. tied it on the roof of my Daihatsu two door post after I got in only to discover this guy crawling over the back of the seat. Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaa ! -
