Undeniably, a masterful achievement. Like very much this lovely car. And now, I look at my White-Metal FWD 91 (South Eastern Finecast) still unbuilt in its box, and I wonder why not to transform it in a 122 RWD ?

If spats inside and outside, perhaps the spoke wheel is not necessary. I would have turn a massive one piece aluminium wheel (including the spats) and let it natural after polishing on the lathe. Don't know if my english is good enough to be understood ...

Nicely done. Love the classic Monogram kits. Their only problem are the too thick wire wheels. But it's very difficult to fix it.

I'm building a 1/24 version of this car. How do we know the numbers on the hood were red ? The original 1909 photos were of course black and white. And the replicas are not necessarilly credible.

I like the body paint not too shiny. What paint did you choose ? Is there a clear coat on it ?

Yes, I visited this museum several times and I perfectly remember to have stood one meter in front of this car (and many others). However, I think you have also several very interesting museums in California.
