Moebius '65 Mercury Comet Cyclone news
Mr Stock replied to Dave Metzner's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
My initial thoughts on the green model that Dave built is of the ride height it looks "jacked up" hopefully thats an easy fix. -
Anyone have this problem?
Mr Stock replied to sjordan2's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I can imagine your frustration, Ive had a few members here help me out with parts/decals and Ive always made sure I thank them when I receive the parts, a simple thankyou in return is no hardship in fact its common decency. -
Fantastic job Harry, very nice indeed

Let's See Some Glue Bombs!
Mr Stock replied to Snake45's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I love restoring old glue bombs, im struggling with a few stock parts for some of these, especially with Modelhaus out of action at the moment. -
Correct Steve, I haven't seen this kit for sale over here yet, a friend of mine from Florida was kind enough to send this one over as a gift for me when it was released.

Thankyou for all the very kind comments

There's not much I can say about this kit that hasn't already been said ......... its fantastic!. Here's my take on it, completely box stock apart from an MAD distributor, I used Alclad on the wheels and the kit decals for the rear whitewalls, the fronts are handpainted, BMF on the firewall. The paint is Holts rattle can and I airbrushed the interior a pearl white. I'm happy with it ........

The newest model year in your stash
Mr Stock replied to gtx6970's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Newest model year would be the 1990 Revell Mustang LX. -
Well I have to give full credit to Moebius. I emailed them refrence the warped body and missing decals and Frank from Moebius sent me a very prompt reply, saying that If I paid postage over to the UK he would send the parts out to me, the postage was very resonable, not that it mattered either way as the shipping was refunded by Glen at Burbanks. Great result all round !

Another knockout model Bill, I love it

Got mine yesterday shipped over to me in the UK, looks like a fantastic kit. Unfortunately mine has a very warped body and a missing decal sheet. .....very dissapointed, I've contacted Moebius I hope they can help out.

Just opened the box on a sealed brand new Moebius Plymouth Belvedere and the decal sheet is missing, the body is also warped big time but that's another subject!......

Beautiuful Jim, I have one of these kits so thanks for pointing out the errors, how did you get on with the front and rear glass fit?, Ive read on here that it needs a bit of work to sit flush.

I know I've already left a comment on youtube, but this really is a stunning build Paul, your attention to detail is amazing, great to see some photos of it, I'm sure it's even more impressive in the flesh. You can definitely tell you have some English blood in you mate ?. -
