  1. Thanks! I don't mind at all. If you have any questions about what I did to make it, let me know.
  2. Thanks guys, I appreciate all the grate comments.
  3. O.k. a couple of mine. The one on the back of Cooter's tow truck is one I built when I was a kid. The last one is my 1:1, hopefully one day to look like the "General Lee"
  4. Thanks, It is in the "on the workbench" section but some of the pics are gone. They were lost on an old computer that quit & I didn't back anything up. Here are a couple I found of it being built. & Thanks to everyone for all the great comments!!!
  5. Thanks, I didn't take pics of the Caddy being built but the truck is on the first page of "on the workbench" & "under glass" in the truck sections. I'm not sure how to add a link, I'm not a computer guy at all.
  6. Just a quick 4 day build from an ecto1 kit. I filled the rear windows & rotted it out. One more for the junkyard.
  7. Sweet! I love it!!! Rancheros rule!!!
  8. Very cool project! I'll be watching for sure!
  9. Thanks everyone! A few more pics of it at work. Just pulled this old hearse into the garage to work on.
  10. The bus might not be what you mean but I did a little on the interior. The slide in is scratch built & empty, no detail, but it was done probably 15-20 years ago.
  11. Thanks guys, I tried to get a pic of the pto, 4 speed & other stuff but I just can't seem to get a good shot.
  12. Thanks, no resin here. It was an ebay glue bomb that someone tried to stretch. After removing the paint & seeing what a mess it was, it was easier to cut it off & start fresh with another cab.
  13. Well here it is, finally done. I used 2 cabs & interiors & lots of evergreen styrene. Everything behind the cab is scratch built along with lots of other stuff. Thanks for looking!
  14. Thanks guys! I made some running boards, found some tools & a few other things so I think it's finished! I'll get some more pics posted underglass after work.
  15. What a piece of junk. It's perfect! Nice job.
  16. Slow but steady. Made the bumper, tow dolly parts, lights & sling. Still more to come...
  17. My wife found this & thought it would work in my garage diorama. She's right (of course) it's the right size & even works. She picked it up at Toys r Us.
  18. I'm lovin this truck! Your weathering is top notch stuff. To me, the roof is crazy cool, it looks like the weather made it look that way. Very, Very real looking work.
  19. I'm pretty sure that if it had a shifting lever it either had a 2 speed rear, or an aftermarket trans like a Warford. My fathers old 25 TT had a 2 speed Ruckstell rear, Warford trans, Rocky Mountain brakes and a Waukesha head. They made lots of accessories for the Model T but if it doesn't have Ford script on the part it didn't come with it.
  20. I'm going to finish this thing! I'm tired of looking at it! I've been working on it so it wont be long now.
  21. Wow! turned out great! It looks right at home with the rest of the fleet too. GREAT JOB!!!
  22. Spot on old work truck! Great weathering, it looks so real!
  23. Thanks Carl. It's nothing fancy, mostly dremel work from the inside, slow & easy. I use "Sophisticated Finishes" paint & then weathering powders, chalks & dullcote paint to seal it. Thanks Bruce. The tires are done the old fashion way, with a candle. I heat it a little at a time pressing it on the table just as it begins to blister. Lots O' patience & practice.
  24. I just wanted to say thank you for all the great comments. It means alot coming from the best builders out there! YOU GUYS!!!
  25. Thanks, those are "Scenes unlimited" parts, very nice stuff they got there.
