I like it alot!!! I'm glad to see it complete & not "One with the wall". That's how most of mine turn out, in more parts than I started with.

Me too.

Grossinger's was a great place. Nothing left now but a falling down building & a golf course. I pass it every day. Thanks, and your right I deserve a kick in the ass for leaving it out. Thanks, she needs a lot of work but hopefully one day...

I'm about 2 hours & then some North of New York City & we got about 5 inches at my house. The weatherman said maybe an inch or less so I didn't put the car in the garage. OOPS! At least it's melting pretty good today.

This is one of my favorites on this board!!! I love everything about it. I watched you build it and man a lot of work went into it, & well worth it. Again WOW!!!!!!! -
I'm going to try to build this type of power unit. When I was a kid my father had a couple of these that he used when he was a kid to cut firewood. They were belt driven to an old buzz saw. He used the Model T one for an engine stand for years too. The Model A was mounted on the back of an old 37 Chevy running Chassis. I'm not sure if we have any pictures of them, I'll have to check. I don't have much done yet, but here's what I have so far.

That's too cool! When I was a kid, my fathers friend had one in his junkyard that we played in. It was an old transport car for the airport. I forgot all about that until I saw this great model. Thanks for the memories.

I bought these & they had others sold separate in Kmart. They're for the little Christmas village scenes. The scale might not be perfect but wreaths are all different sizes, they could work.

A lot of work here on this one, I like it! I think you better find a smoother road to drive it on. -
I'm not sure if it should be posted here or in the truck section. It started with a bag of parts I bought off ebay. There was enough for a complete chassis so I went with the repurposed farm vehicle look. The body is basswood made to look as worn out as the rest. This is the 2nd time trying to make wood look old, not too bad but could be better. I built the trailer frame from scratch & put an old Model A box from my parts stash. Cut off fireplace matches from the dollar store for fence posts & made the tools from plastic & toothpicks. Just something fun to do.

Wow, great work! It looks so real. I can't wait to see it in the diorama you have planned.

Not Chimneyville but should work. I've bought from him & they're pretty good figures. He usually has both but you probably have to ask about other figures. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-24-1-25-scale-1021-Figure-UNPAINTED-Resin-NO-MINNESOTA-SALES/262813953781?hash=item3d30eeaef5:g:rfoAAOSwpRRWnTdQ

Thanks again guys. I don't usually build nice models, I like to do weathered junk. That's why I really appreciate all the positive feedback on this one.

X2, Great job!!! -
Thank you to everyone for all the great compliments.

Thanks guys, it's painted. I used some thinned Model Master "rust" paint, a black wash & some tamiya weathering powders. This was my first time trying to make wood look like wood with paint. Sorry I didn't get any interior pics, I was kinda rushing too finish it. It's all the parts from the 68 el camino interior painted black.

Hi Mark, thanks. I just followed the trunk lines straight down & cut. If the tail lights look weird it's because I lost the ones from the kit & had to make new ones. I was going to make it open & close but I just wanted to get it finished, it has been sitting for years waiting to get done. Here's your pic...

Very nice clean build, I love that interior. Great job!
