    Uh oh!! Mullet competition!! HAHA
  5. That's a new (old) one on me! Never saw that ad, before!

I like the metallic black on this one. Gives it a unique look. Very well done, I might add!!
  7. All the words I could have used here have already been used! I'll add that I think this is a TOP SHELF build of an almost timeless body design. I have a couple AMT '67 kits, and a '68, plus a Jo-Han '70 Toronado kit. I hope to start the '68 soon, as that year is my favorite Toronado.
  8. Beautiful job!! Looks very cleanly built! Top Shelf, all the way! I have a can of Tamiya Pearl Green, but my can says TS-60 on the lid. Is it perhaps a different green from this one? I'm planning to use it on a '49 Mercury custom I have on the bench.

Great looking job! That purple turned out very nice!
  10. I'm facing the prospect of reducing the stash in my hobby lair, also. As I get older, my building speed gets slower. I'll never build all 850 kits I have on the shelves..

    Another cool one, Michelle!
  12. Fabulous Cadillac! Top Shelf build!
  13. Great article! Thanks for posting it up!
  14. I was lucky enuff to find the same kit, and the Custom 880 convertible kit, both in pristine condition. Later on, I found a bunch of gluebombs in a '65 Monaco box. So, I have plenty options for when i get ready to tackle the gold plastic! LOL
  15. There were promo Dodges available in other colors: I believe you're right about the glue kit being molded in gold, only.
  16. Fabulous place! One of my three favorites.
  17. HAHAHAHA....I do like the '58! LOL
  18. The weirdest car, ever!
  19. Superb custom!! Everything is beautiful!!
  20. AWB, eh? I say why not? It was done with a Marlin:
