Dream full size Pontiac collection. A Pontiac fan since 1957. Took my drivers test in a new Marimba Red 64 Grand Prix like your model. Sadly, ours did not have the 8 lug wheels. Also, we had the dark red interior. Thanks for posting.
Love it! In the early sixties I was about 11 yrs old and I built one. Lindburg had their version with a slightly different name molded in dark green. It was a few dollars less and within my kid budget. The gearshift knob was a scary scull. Ha!
Have seen this action in person. Sideways and wide open throttle leaving a Cars and Coffee. Commercial property managers asking even well behaved groups to move on to elsewhere due to concerns about liability and damage.
Such a wonderful story of pursuing the Deuce! There's nothing like building these. The limitless parts combination and the classic lines make the Deuce hot rod one of my favorites. Thanks for showing your models.
Nice 67! Just like I remember them in our neighborhood.Even the metal trim option for the pedals is detailed. Slick build. Big 60's Pontiac fan too. Wish the kit manufacturers would pay attention to quality control.
