My favorite XKE is the 68 and up(?) series with the uncovered headlights and 6 cylinder engine. IMO, that series has a more planted look. This would be a rare kit as it doesn't seem to be available in diecast.

Great build of a favorite car. Hood mounted tach and 400 emblems on the twin hood scoops. I was 17 when these hit the streets. Yours looks just like we saw them on the street. Thanks for posting.
Excellent! I have been lucky to have driven one quite a bit and it is such a good 1:1 car. I don't think I have seen a kit available from the usual kit manufacturers.
