  1. I just moved to Utah a couple months ago and I would really like to attend the GSL, but I can't figure out where it will be. The only address I'm seeing on the website is for the museum, is it at the museum?
  2. That's real nice. The coyote looks right at home.
  3. I made this with a resin Jimmy Flintstone body and a Revell STS-V donor kit and used some wheels that are a little less cartoonish.
  4. That's wicked nice!
  5. Thanks, it's the AMT '65 Lincoln Continental 3 in 1 kit.
  6. Thanks, I was going to paint it black, but I changed my mind at the last minute.
  7. I had this one in my stash for about 15 years. I lowered it and used white walls out of my parts box. I couldn't get the hood to shut with the engine in, so I took out the engine and glued the hood shut.
  8. Those look great!
  9. Thanks. A good friend of mine built 1 of the 3 pre-production kits, I had to get his advice on getting the hood and fenders lined up.
  10. Thanks. I really like rustoleum paint, it lays down smooth. Some people don't like it, but it works well for me.
  11. I just finished up this Galaxy '47 Fleetmaster. I used the lowered suspension and the custom engine parts. The paint is Rustoleum Harbor blue with a flat clear coat.
  12. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-25-51-chevy-2-door-coupe-resin-body/163515139466?hash=item261243058a:g:uGUAAOSwaEdcUR82 I just ran across this guy selling them on eBay. He also has a 4 door and I just ordered the '52 conversion kit.
  13. Outstanding! I like the colors.
  14. Super nice, I'm working on one too.
  15. That's wicked cool!
  16. Thanks for the comments guys. I'm finally settled in enough that I could get a little more done on this build. I started the body work on the cab. I made a template on my mat so I'll know where the wheels go so I won't have to measure every time. I think I'm going to use the kit frame rails as a starting point, this kit will lay rocker with the kit frame rails. I noticed that the fenders curved downward on the inside so I did some cutting and added some flat pieces for tire clearance. More next time.
  17. Yup, thanks.
  18. Nice work, that's wicked cool.
