  1. Nicely done.
  2. Matt, Upscale to 1/18 would certainly provide more options but I am committed to 1/24. Gary
  3. I have a question for you Ferrari enthusiasts. As far as diecasts go I am familiar with the old made in Italy BBurago GTO but it is too big to be in scale. I am also aware of the Le Grandi/BBurago GTO diecast but the windshield surround is terrible in my opinion and would require modifying and repainting. Certainly there are plenty of plastic kits available, see Alex's Italian Horses database, and even the Western Models white metal body kit. But I am not finding any decent 1/24 250 GTOs. What am I missing? This is my old BBurago with a few mods.
  4. I will be watching. Please keep us posted on your progress.
  5. It has been 57 years since I built a drag car other than the 289 Dragon Snake but you sure are tempting me now.
  6. As the others have said it is a beautifully built model. Could pass for real.

  10. Excellent build.
  11. You can try it with and without and see which you like the best. Without figures allows the viewer to place themselves in the shop in their imagination.
  12. Looking very impressive.
  13. A huge thank you to Tim and Tim for sharing the photos of the wooden 1/10 models. I remember seeing similar wooden models during visits to Monogram.
  14. Excellent build.
  15. Would that have been a flower car for funerals?
  16. OK, I finally figured all out. Tomorrow is April 1st and you are going to go in and fire up all of these engines.
  17. Very nicely done.

Daytona runs counter clockwise and the cars fueled on the left hand side, at Le Mans runs clockwise and the cars fueled on the right hand side.
  19. Excellent transformation.
  20. In the mid 70s I bought a '63 Corvette split window coupe. I soon got used to the rear window and never considered it a problem nor did my wife. Still one of my all time favorite cars.
  21. Very nicely done indeed.
  22. I look forward to each new installment of FTB. So many ideas and all so well executed.
  23. Nicely done. Very convincing.
