  1. Oh my those are really tempting.
  2. David, One of the posters here awhile back showed how he had taken a photograph of a garage building to a local fast print sign shop and had them blow it up and print it to a scale size for his diorama. That got me thinking about doing the same thing with a photo of the Dunlop bridge at Le Mans, but haven't done it yet. Anyway, I thought it might be a way to get at least some urban background for either side of Hooper & Company. Gary
  3. Ellen, I like seeing your historical buildings and having the background history on them. I will be following.
  4. I like the eye level shots the best. I think the idea of outdoor shots will add a lot to your scene, however, with your diorama being in an urban setting I am guessing it will be a challenge to find the right spot.
  5. Randy, please don't cover this up with a body or at a maximum removeable panels.
  6. Thank you for the update and please keep them coming. My experience with a Pocher was limited to the restoration of a Rolls Royce but that was a challenge.
  7. Yup, we have been singing the praises of this model. I keep finding nice little features every time I pick it up. Glad you were able to find one.
  8. Thank you gentlemen for your insight.
  9. My mistake Tom, you should see the photo now.
  10. I received this single axle tilt trailer in a box with other things. It has a nice dolly wheel and Corvette finned aluminum wheels but I doubt they are original. Does anyone recognize it and know what kit it came in? Thanks Gary
  11. I am very impressed with what you have done with this T. Looking forward to seeing more.
  12. X2 Until I saw the last photos I did not believe it was a model. Great work.
  13. Not a gasser with a 6-71 sticking through the bonnet.
  14. Thanks guys, when I bought the orange one I thought I was getting the latest. Dah! Should have done my research. I did a quick check on American Excellence who I have used before I did not find the new one listed. Maybe it was too quick a check.
  15. Bob, I am now confused, (so what else is new?) Your Welly GT3 RS is different from my Welly GT3 RS. Any idea what gives?
  16. I am liking your build a lot! Nice work.
  17. Oh this is such a beautiful kit. In my mind an all time classic kit. Now as for what you might do with it, well the mind boggles.
  18. Thanks for sharing your deduction Chris. I plan to build the Italeri SWB and will watch for the same situation.
  19. "The interior looks a little bit better?" Come on now it looks a lot better and the rocker panels too. Waiting patiently for the next installment.
  20. Impressive build and the paint is, well, gorgeous.
  21. I am feeling faint with what is about to happen. My first car was an Austin Healey 100-6.
  22. Very impressive build.
  23. Nice. One of my favorite designs,
  24. We had 6 inches of snow over the weekend and are still seeing people driving around with snow atop their cars which then comes off as a sheet into the cars following.
  25. Nice clean build of this iconic Ferrari. I do see what you mean with the stance though.
