  1. Beautiful work on this! For me the 308 remains the quintessential "Ferrari," but the 328 is the better car by pretty much any metric and I will never argue against your statement of it being a work of art. If nothing else, you've proven it such here.
  2. Thanks, guys!
  3. Nicely done!
  4. This started out as the AMT "Street Muscle" release of the old MPC '69 fastback coupe. I cut off the roof and made a new deck, and modified the interior with custom front buckets and a scratch built rear bench. The top boot is a modified item from my parts box, and the wheels are Revell Starsky & Hutch Torino Ansens with parts box tires and Fireball Modelworks decals. The grilles in this kit always looked too small to me in this kit, so I scratch built a new set with PE mesh and clear headlights. Paint is Tamiya TS-87 Titanium Gold for the body and TS-69 Linoleum Deck Brown for the interior. While it's far from a perfect execution, it was a surprisingly enjoyable build so I'm happy with the results regardless. As always, any comments/criticisms are welcome!
  5. Thanks, guys!
  6. Very clean work, nicely done!
  7. I had a leftover Polar Lights "Herbie" snap kit missing its roof and two hubcaps, and wanted an excuse to get it out of my way. So I did a quick build of it, modifying only what was necessary to counter the missing parts. The exposed wheel is a 3D item I drew up, the roof holes got plugged with some stretched sprue, and it was finished in Krylon's "Meringue" with a light weathering and early 1990s NY tags. As always, any comments/criticisms are welcome!

  12. Well done! Nice touch with the boom box in the trunk, too.
  13. Nicely done! If you want to stick to the comics, just claim it's the Batmobile drawn by Cristina Coronas for the 2011 Batman: 80 Page Giant.
  14. Excellent work all around, the detail work is top notch!
  15. Excellent work, probably the sharpest build I've seen of this kit!
  16. My thoughts as well, getting the finish you did from that body is incredible!
  17. Somehow I missed it the first time around, too. Excellent job pulling this back from the dead, I never would have guessed it anything other than a cool custom of a rare kit!
  18. Beautiful work, your paint jobs are outstanding!
  19. Nicely done! I too wish this was available as a kit or resin piece.
