  1. I want my items to look more realistic so I figured I would add some logos and warning stickers. After snagging some from the internet, I manipulated the files and down sized them via print size NOT file size and created them in exactly the sizes I wanted in pretty decent resolution.
  2. No 404 error. Simply reading threads on 2 occasions. No stray mouse clicks or keypad touches. The last occurrence was I was happily typing along and POOF home page. Time was not noted but between noon and 2 PM PST.
  3. I do not know if you are aware of this issue but 3 times this morning I was viewing a thread and then later writing a long tutorial and POOF! the screen jumps to the home page. Getting back to the thread I was reading is no big deal but, 30 minutes of tutorial information simply disappeared GRRRRR. Any knowledge of this or a fix for it in the works? If not, I will likely have to write the tutorial in another program and cut and paste it onto the forum. (If I get remotivated)
  4. Found it, read it, LOVE IT! Thank you so much for sharing. My process will officially be changed. I also like someone else's tip to color the tip of the blade for contrast. That has always been a challenge (seeing where I am going)
  5. Steve, How in the heck do you get your chrome trim so laser straight?
  6. Have you made aluminum rims from thick wall tubing? I have a bunch of wide tires and a bunch of narrow rims and mags. It would be nice to have some hoops made to bring them together.
  7. You have a very fertile imagination buddy.
  8. Put my new rig to work delivering the first load for a new auto hobby shop
  9. Very nice build. I need more practice before I attempt my tanker.
  10. Nice work. I like it.
  11. I am looking for links to suppliers and/or artwork for 1/25 scale shop tools. I have most all of my items painted but they look too plain and generic without the brand name and warning stickers such products have. I have like 3 lifts, 4-5 floor jacks and a number of tool boxes. I also have a flammable locker than needs artwork. Thanks.
  12. I remember seeing this 1:1 car in person at the 1987 Streetmachine Nationals in DuQuoin, IL. I think I have VHS tape of the event somewhere in the attic. (about 6hrs worth)
  13. Boston in Omaha, NE. It just after their 2nd album came out. They did 5 encores. They played every song off both albums. We were there until 2AM. It was awesome!
  14. DANG! That is sweet! motor stance, wheels front axle EVERYTHING! Following.
  15. My sentiments exactly. I purposely leave mirrors off just for that reason. I actually have a little baggie full of mirrors.
  16. Nice choice of color. The best man at my wedding owned one in orange. He has Cragar S/S's
  17. I am really digging the paint job. Far out man!
  18. My sentiments exactly!
  19. I'm with David here. I love the concept of what you are doing very much. I would suggest lengthening the roof. I will be following this build.
  20. With vehicles, everything is pretty much attached. With dioramas, there are a lot of moving parts (unless they are glued) so that gives the freedom to change the scene. Another advantage is it can showcase various finished builds and/or builds-in-progress to give it more variety.
