  1. I have been thinking about Pegasus Iroc wheels but not been sure.. thanks to @Tonioseven and hos beautifull Dually found here at the forum I think I have my concept.. so I need to order the wheel setup! Pegasus sleeves and Pegasus irocs. Here is a quick photo manipulation.
  2. Really great to hear your story and se Thea builds! I appreciate it a lot, both the contribution as well the story! Thanks allot!
  3. Thanks for your input ? I apriciate it! I can agree that with the motor i put in it the last fits the theme, my plan was to build a more old school build at the start
  4. Hi! Thanks i am doing allright! And you? Thanks for the kind words! I am also leaning agains the option 4 at the moment. I think the body will be Black, since all 454SS that I have seen IRL are black and they do look sinister in Black with the red and silver text. Only option would be a dark gray thats even darker than Tamiya Gun Metal. Thanks, it took some patience but it did not take that long when working carfully with the new model of Dremel, absolutley the best tool i bought in a while. Saved me hours of filing the normal way. Yes the engine will look good! It also took patience more than the grill and many coats of micro sol. And sudently it has formed a bit and when clamping the part with your fingers it sticks. :S
  5. Congratulations and beautiful build!
  6. Have been testing some other wheels. Can I please have some inputs on what suits it. Which is best of the ones I have. And maybe some options that would work. initial thought: option 1: Option 2 hot rod: option 3: Option4, would be dark gray centrum: And please feel free to comment, and come with ideas or suggestions ? it’s much appreciated!
  7. Thanks! I started with the mill bit on the dremel and took out most of the grill and headlights from behind but left the top edge intact. That made the grill to have its integrity and most of its righty left. When I knew I was close to the front surface I put the dremel on low speed with a sanding paper, and held the grill to the light. That way you easily se if you are even or if you can take out more. And when the grill “inserts” where super thin almost grinded lose I took a fresh 11blade and gently punched them out and when needed I cut. patience does it! You can see in the pics how thin it is.
  8. Madde some progress.. i am full of plastic since grinding out that grill! And to not go to crazy I will probably just put a net behind it in stead of making the radiator support and all… or we will see if my add acts up on me ? And carbon looks ok to me!
