Great job. Sorry to see her go but looking forward to Hailee Deegan getting to cup.
  4. Awesome job on the paint and decals. Sits nicely too. Sometimes if I cant get a hood to flush up I will shave the carb down a bit or just remove it completely. Truly another great one from your bench.
  5. Rob, I'm not sure I see a flub of the roof painting. I don't think I would have noticed anything if you hadn't mentioned it.. Great job on this build too.
  6. I think that is one of the best builds I have seen of this car. Superb in every way.
  7. I have always wanted to do this car because of the historical significance of it. You have done a superb job on it.
  8. Great job on this one too. Super nice rendition of this car.
  9. Another Awesome one, Rob. Glad you saved these builds.
  10. No its not just you. You do excellent work. If a part doesn't fit it doesn't fit. My model king 74 Malibu Darrel Waltrip Chevelle had really bad fit issues on the nose and I never did get it right. So I just ended up gluing the hood shut to try to make it look half decent.
  11. I wonder if they mastered it off of a diecast car. I know my diecast nascar modern 1/24 scale cars are bigger than my modern 1/24 scale revell snap kit cars.
  12. Great job getting that ill fitting part to work. Is that Monogram model 1/25 or 1/24? If the caster was making the part for a 1/24 scale kit and the kit you used was 1/25 that would explain the fit issue. Still a great job on the over all build.
  13. Perfect build . Love the fuel spill stains on the quarter and rear bumper. Paint is magnifico. Photography is top notch. The only thing I see wrong is , absolutely nothing. I agree with you about Powerslide. They are the best I have ever used of the decals I have ever had to purchase and 1000 times better than the ones that I make for my builds.
  14. Thanks, Rob. I really appreciate the feedback.
  15. Wow, Rob. That's is one outstanding build. Looks just like the reference picture. You also nailed the stance. Excellent, Excellent build.
  16. Rob, I think I have that sheet. If I can find it, its yours if you want it. I won it in a contest once but don't really want to do the build, so I have no need for the sheet. Let me look in my stash. If I find it, I will private message you for your address.
  17. Jay, What a totally outstanding build. Topnotch in every way.
  18. Rob, looks like another fine build you have there. Hope you are planning on building some more.
  19. Rob, Another awesome build from your bench. Nice to know those cases will keep the models looking like new.
  20. Cruddy? Well if those are cruddy I guess all of my builds are less than cruddy. Seriously, excellent builds and looking forward to seeing more of your builds.
  21. Excellent start. Glad you're building this with a wip. I need reference for when I get around to doing mine. Haven't decided on which car yet.
  22. Looking Awesome so far. Looking forward to more updates.
  23. Thanks, Mike. I really appreciate the reply
  24. Thanks, Bruce.
  25. Thanks, Carl, Chris and John. I really appreciate your interest in the build. The only bad part was getting the parts apart. It took a lot of careful prying. I have another one of these glue bombs to do but I'm not going to take it completely apart this time. Just remove the engine remove the seat get the wheels apart and get the windshield and backglass off the body.
