  1. She will certainly be missed. She was so full of energy as she toured while promoting her award winning album "Private Dancer" way back in the mid 1980s.
  2. It's possible that Atlantis may have them. The number of molds that it purchased from the new owners of Revell back in 2018 was in the hundreds.
  3. I stopped by my local Dunkin Donuts shop early this morning on my way to work and while I was waiting in line with 5 others, a woman came in and went straight to the front of the line with a sense of entitlement attitude. The 6 of us and the D&D employee jumped her and she just stormed out. I hate people like her.
  4. I watched a video of the folks from Atlantis at a model show in Wayne NJ. last month where test shots of three different models that some say that one of them was the Tom Daniels Poison Pinto. I checked and it sure looks like it. The video is before the thread showing the funny car molds.
  5. Howdy and welcome to the site neighbor. There's a few others here from the Bay State as well that I'm aware of.
  6. I have the need to drive for a weekly paycheck. I drive a school bus.
  7. Finally got a jar. I actually got two. It was pricey but it's a good seller where ever it's sold.
  8. I haven't been able to my my favorite brand of coffee anywhere for almost a few days. The brand is Nestle's "Taster's Choice" instant coffee.
  9. Welcome aboard Kurt. There are many modelers like you from all over the world who are members here. The hobby is truly global.
  10. I did some early morning grocery shopping before the weekend crowd showed up so I can kick back. I'm on vacay this week.
  11. He and longtime tag team partner and friend Luke Williams were fan favorites in the WWE especially in the 1980s. Their comical antics kept the fans entertained. He'll be missed.
  12. One word came to mind after looking at the photos of the car, "SWEET"
  13. I got my weekly groceries at Market Basket early this morning so I could both avoid the crowd that shops later in the day and kick back.
  14. Atlantis has been in putting lots of effort to fix the old Revell tooling since it bought it and the other tooling of Monogram, Renwal and Aurora from the current owners of Revell back in 2018 given their age. So far the result have been pretty good from what I know so hopefully they can do the same with the 57 Nomad tooling.
  15. It sounds crazy but when I got up to get ready for work early this morning, I heard birds chirping outside of my bedroom window and it was still dark outside,
  16. I read Atlantis's Facebook page and the company says the tooling for the 1957 Chevy Nomad is undergoing repairs. The kit was listed in the company's previous catalog so I'm speculating Atlantis found hidden problems with the tooling before the kit was to go into production. Nothing was said on when the repairs will be completed.
  17. The Heller goods trailer will be perfect behind my 1993 Chevy Extended Cab promo. However, I'm drooling over the AMT 1960 Ford 3 in 1 pickup with the trailer. It generated lots of conversation and excitement at another thread that covered it.
  18. I bought a nicely built 65 El Camino off of E Bay a while ago and with it, I now have exactly 100 model cars and trucks. Half of them are on display. I never did imagine that I would have that many. It's a milestone. ?
  19. Thanks for the list. The TD Sidewinder is the one at the top of mine.
  20. Can't wait to see what the 15 kits are. Atlantis may have purchased more tooling from the new owners of Revell back in August of 2018 than we thought.
  21. Many thanks to you and the other Mods for getting the problem resolve Dave. It was quite annoying for all.
  22. I watched the episode "Pit Of Peril" yesterday on You Tube. The series brings back memories.
  23. I got the message as well.
  24. Deepest condolences to her family.
