  1. Wow Craig, it looks awesome. Great color. I have that clear but never used it. I'm really surprised it can be sanded and polished. Anyway, beautiful 4-4-2.?
  2. I went with the X-20 Tamiya. We'll see how it goes. Thanks everyone for the replies.?
  3. Now thats a great lookin' '55 Ryan. ?
  4. Pretty sure I'm gonna go with the Tamiya X-22. But of course I still have to order online. Sure wish HL would carry the Tamiya paints.
  5. Krylon Silver Foil would be perfect. HL when they have it.
  6. Missed this one, looks great, really like it in that color and smooth Richard?
  7. Yep, rediculous it's not sold in the US.
  8. Searched, not available on Amazon but thanks.
  9. Well not enough opinions to form a real opinion here. Seems the Tamiya X-22 may be the way to go since what seems to give the best result is the S-02 and getting it from Tiawan in 2 months is not an option for me. Reviews I read for the Alclad Aqua Shine not too promising. The Gauzy shine may be an option but reviews on it also a bit iffy. Hmmmm
  10. Good lookin AWB Nova. great job?
  11. Started up another one huh James?! Gonna be a good looker!!
  12. Thanks again Michael. Are you talking about the X-22 Acrylic Tamiya?
  13. Great replica Drag Chevelle Tom, terrific job??
  14. Evidently this product is not available in the U.S. The Ebay sellers are in Tiawan, supposed deliver in 2 months. Have you actually used it on Molotow or Alclad Michael? Thanks Les, the Gauzy is interesting. Wonder if anyone has used it.
  15. I know there was a thread about sealers over Molotow and Alclad chrome but searching didn't come up with anything. Yesterday I airbrushed resin bumpers...first time spraying a larger area. I just know when I handle the bumpers to install them there is a great possibility I will smudge them or worse. What cha got Guys' ?? Thanks in advance.
  16. Ya done great my Friend. ??
  17. Thanks Joe, good to know. I'm pretty sure there was a thread about sealing the "chrome" paints jut don't know how to search it for the specific thread.
  18. Thanks AL, gotta think about that. I assume you haven't tried it?
  19. Question for ya Joe. So you painted the front bumpers with Alclad? Did you put a sealer over the Alclad? I just painted resin bumpers for my Chevelle SS build with Molotow. I'm concerned I will smudge or dull the "chrome" installing them.
  20. I've had that on the shelf for a while now and like you, good question on what to do with it. Day 2, stock with Cragers comes to mind in a bright color.
  21. Great work Andrew!!?
  22. Glad you discovered the surgical blades. I've using disposible #11's for a long time.
  23. Looks great in gold, very nice Robbie!!
  24. Hey James, nicely done Buddy.?
