All eyes are watching Buddy. Yer on the clock. Anyway guys, as Bob knows, for my build on this kit I had the bright idea of cutting off the hood from the fenders to make it a non flipper. I then glued the fenders to the body and puttied the seams. Then I discovered the hood didn't fit well to I fenders, got frustrated and glued the hood on to make it a curb side. I know you more accomplished builders can make what I wanted to do work but that ain't me??

I Looking on Alclad's website the picture they show for the black it just looks like gloss black.

Thats thats certainly different than what he told me.

There are occasions where I would like the black chrome look. Never used Alclad.

Gotta ask Paul. What paint are you using for the dark chrome look?

Update: So Randy at BMF emailed back to say the shipment of "materials" is delayed until around the 18th of April and he is going on vacation so who knows when the "new" stuff will be available.

Looking good there James. As you may remember I'm a Createx and Future user. I put about 10 clear coats on the '57 Chevy I'm doing to get the shine I wanted. How many coats you think you put on?

I recieved email from Randy at BMF and he replied to me today that he is getting a new shipment of material Thursday and should be able to ship out orders on Monday. So if from what he said, how did someone get the new new stuff already. Anyway, I also asked him if its the Ultra or Chrome or both. Waiting for his reply.

Wait....is this kit actually coming out?? Google search found nothing.
