'32 Ford Roadster.......there can never be too many, right?

Thanks Bob! I thought the front fenders were a nice touch but frankly they were something of a pain to mount. Look forward to seeing what you do with this kit. -

Thanks Robert. I didn't have too much difficulty with the glass but I now see there is some space between the windshield frame and the body. -

Not sure what your question is but that is the windshield that came with the kit. Of course now that I'm looking closely at the photos I see there is space between the windshield frame and the body. A note to self to do better pre-paint fitting. -
Great color and some nice detail work. I have this one in the stash; any tips on assembling?

Very creative! Awesome stance!

Solid looking build. Love the color and the white interior really pops. As others have commented, the grill treatment is very effective.

Can never be too many '32 Ford Roadsters! Nicely done! Digging the color combinations.

The Revell '32 Ford Roadster. Painted Testors Wet Look Graphite Dust and cleared with Testors Wet Look Clear. The blower got a light coat of Tamiya Titanium Gold followed by a coat of Tamiya Smoke. The wheels, headlight/front shock assemblies, exhaust headers, windshield, and air cleaners all got a coat of Tamiya x-19 Smoke over the chrome. Wired distributor from Greg's Scale models and I even wired in the correct firing order!:) Seat and door cards are Tamiya XF-82 Ocean Grey 2 and Tamiya XF-24 Dark Grey for a two tone interior. Radiator support rods cut from piano wire. A fun build. I have another in the stash which I'm imagining as a dry lakes/salt flats racer; we'll see how that idea develops.

A recently finished build. My mother-in-law, who passed this last February, often expressed a desire to own an old red truck so this one was done in memory of Loretta. Essentially box stock with spark plug wires added. Kit is the Revell '37 FORD PICKUP. Thanks for looking.

AMT 51 Chevy Bel Air - build start and a question
Andrew McD replied to eran_k's topic in WIP: Model Cars
I totally understand that BMF "fear barrier" and yours has turned out to look quite nice. Got to say I quite like the paint color. I built this kit awhile back and never could quite sort out the front and rear splash pans to my satisfaction and the front fender wells on mine were a catastrophe! -
Very nice street rod with details that make it unique.

Looks really great in white! Nice clean build.

Very nice build of what I agree is a very well done kit. -
Beautifully detailed and great color!

A helluva' hot rod!

I am currently working on the same kit though my progress is very slow. I'll be watching this one.

This is too cool! I'll be watching. -
What did you use for the body filler?

I'm beginning to think you're the Ian Roussel of model car building! Another wild project, I'll be following.
