I've seen the die cast models of the 1948 Tucker Torpedo created by Preston Tucker but was there ever a plastic model produced? I just thought it was a car ahead of it's time like the Studebaker Avanti was.

Picked this up yesterday at Wally World and think it will be my next build. I'm kinda parcel to the Fat Fender cars & trucks so this one caught my eye really quick. I don't think I've seen this one posted here since I've been a member. Never had an MPC kit before so if you have built this model I'm looking for the pro's and con's and pics.

Sorry you had issues with the Rust-Oleum Lee. I use the gray 2X primer for all my paint jobs no matter what paint. I think my 66 Nova was primed with Rust-Olem 2X and the top coat and clear was Rust-Olem. 2X. Didn't have any issues. I found out early on that the 2X sprays out really heavy and you have to be careful.

This 29 has been a struggle. Finally got some good weather to shoot some clear. I'll start the assembly in a couple days.
