  1. I’m partial to old stock vehicles as well. Something humble about them and their simplicity. Glad you dig this one. Thanks for the kind words Bill. Ford sure made this body style easy on the eyes didn’t they? Same goes for the “Bonus Built” Fords too IMO. As for your question, the kit has the same old fenders it’s had all along, but the modification was easy to do:
  2. Thanks folks. Hehehe. That’s right. Caught some goober breathing on the glass, that’s all.
  3. Thanks guys. I agree about the oldies Bob. Does the little bit of super glue clouding in the windshield affect my letter grade though?
  4. Darn. Used to catch reruns of Full House sometimes. RIP
  5. Thanks Jacob! Also I forgot to show the underside.
  6. Thanks for the heads up, got a tiny dot of chrome on each one. Finished up and “under glass” now.
  7. I like the direction you’re taking it in. Transfer tank looks great!
  8. This one started off as the most recent Trophy Series reissue. I decided to go the stock route with it. Round mirrors are from one of the mid-60’s Moebius Fords.
  9. Very nice pro street conversion. As for the wheel tubs in the bed, well that’s okay: It’s not made to haul things, it’s made to simply haul.
  10. It’ll be a pretty nice Dooley when finished. I like your plan for it.
  11. I can see a red ‘73 with a blue driver side door, a gray primered hood, and a yellow list inside. Definitely a few ways to go with a kit like that. A camper shell option would sound sweet too. I agree about the Ranger, it’s odd that the XJ Cherokee wasn’t kitted either given its popularity.
  12. If we’re gonna wish for all-new kits, how about: -1973 Chevy El Camino -1948-53 Dodge B-series pickup and carryall -1982-88 Ford Ranger -1949-51 Lincoln Cosmopolitan -1939-40 Mercury Eight convertible -Any Chrysler K car Modified reissues: -1950 Chevy Suburban -1981-89 Dodge D/W150 pickup -1951-52 Ford F1 pickup
  13. Nicely done Lee. Especially on that engine detailing. How did you make that inline fuel filter if you don’t mind me asking?
  14. Right, as Italeri already paid the bill for tooling and development, all Round2 really has to come up with is new box art and decals.
  15. Nothing’s impossible when a madman has the right tool in his hand! Looking sweet so far.
  16. Now that’s one sweet big brown truck. Pretty cool to see a rod version, and I especially like how you did the passthrough interior and wood paneling. Definitely a fun idea and a great interpretation of said idea.
  17. Haha. I think a police department would’ve been getting asked some serious questions if they were still rolling Monacos next to their Caprices and Crown Vics.
  18. Yes. Round2 has reissued Italeri 1/24 trucks under the AMT brand a few times now, the Freightliner FLC, (Mack) Superliner, and Ford LTL9000.
  19. Must’ve been fun to watch. While I see a good amount of deer as well, the only animals that manage to go that close to my house are a few pesky stray cats that seem to try their best to outdo my dog in the bathroom department.
  20. Nope, but they did repop that one as a Retro Deluxe release a while back:
  21. Man that is some sweet paintwork.
  22. Thanks Casey
  23. Is the new Olds in 1:25 or 1:24? Apologies in advance if that question has already been answered.
  24. Saw another SVT Lightning today, black like the last one, but this time an ‘01-‘04 (had the more tubular grille, 99-00’s have a mesh grille IIRC), it was also not too far from where I saw the last one.
