  1. 24 pages worth of paint and chrome stripping suggestions, just a search away:
  2. Don't forget nickels for the parking meter. Can you believe they don't accept pennies any more?!! ??
  3. https://finescale.com/product-info/kit-reviews/2018/08/workbench-review-meng-jeep-wrangler-rubicon
  4. I posted it earlier in this topic, but since we can no longer edit posts, here is the page from the MPC Spring 1982 Catalog:
  5. That's the differential gear oil cooler. Here's one in place from another topic in the NASCAR section: Even better pic at this link, if you scroll down the page: http://speedrevolutions.com/content/no-petty-achievement-1971-richard-petty-plymouth-road-runner/
  6. It's poor. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use it, since the AMT '71 Duster's 340 small black is light years ahead, despite its foibles. IIRC, it's the same design/parts as found in the semi-recently reissued AMT Cushman Duster/Petty Dart Kit Car kits. The AMT '41 Plymouth's stock flathead inline six is pretty average, too, but if you're building a Powell, you'll want to seek this kit out. ? https://www.makesthatdidntmakeit.com/powell
  7. ...which is a totally different kit, other than the body-specific parts. I'm hoping the bench seat and steel wheels which were newly created for the Grumpy Jenkins kit will again be included with this release.
  8. Coming in the next few months:
  9. Coming soon...-ish: AMT-1198 1/25 1966 Chevy Nova SS
  10. Just an FYI, the ex-MPC 1/25 '88 Mustang GT kit is scheduled for reissue this year: AMT-1216 1/25 1988 Ford Mustang Car
  11. Looks like maybe the MPC '65 Corvette?
  12. I'm guessing it's an MPC sheet based upon the presence of Hot Curl carrying the surf board and the Stroker McGurk decals. I have this sheet and the back side is blank, so I think AMT can be ruled out? Mark B would likely know for sure.

  14. I don't think that's possible. John G below is with Round2: http://www.collectormodel.com/round2-models/2224-whats-a-hanger-shot/#sthash.d8SrRYk8.khviMtK0.dpbs Andy says: January 15, 2015 at 3:57 am Do the International 1466, Plow or Farm Wagon molds still exist ? Reply JohnG says: January 15, 2015 at 9:49 am If they do, Round 2 doesn’t have access to those – any Ertl AG related tools were not a part of the tooling we bought.

  16. AMT-1188 1/25 1964 Plymouth Belvedere w/Straight 6-Engine
  17. All of the original Ertl International instruction sheets are detailed and very thorough...and take a while to scan completely. ? Here's the Payhauler 350 if anyone wants to get a head start of sorts: https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/1221/ertl-8013-international-pay-hauler It looks like the previous RC2 era reissue also included a re-print of the original instruction sheet:
  18. I don't see the stock hood, either:
  19. AMT-1204 1/25 American LaFrance Ladder Chief Fire Truck
