  1. This one's been tumbling around in a parts box for who knows how long. Still shocking to see how far off the windshield angle is, and think someone said "eh, it's fine, let's go ahead with it". ?‍♂️
  2. Here's the passenger side door...see anything which looks slightly off?
  3. I like that idea a lot. Considering both the Open Road camper (high top) and Strip 'N' Surf (surfboards from the '65 Chevelle Surf Wagon, if originals are long gone) could come of such a revision, it has some merit. Hopefully they'd address those ejector pin marks on the face of each side window this time around though. I guess it depends upon how much remains, but that smoothed over roof is a huge negative for me. Mostly ignored for a custom, but for anything else, it has that "something's not quite right" look.
  4. I think Round2 decided to make the best of things, while retaining the existing floorpan. Maybe not 100% accurate for four -door, but it allows them to run the 2-door again with minimal changes. The new door panels (cards), wheel back retainers, and column shifter pieces are all surrounded by a completely new runner, so the existing two-door door panels haven't been altered. Ditto for the front bench seat, front bench seat back, and hood.
  5. I was being facetious, knowing the body shell is too far gone to ever return to its original state. As you mentioned, this kit has been through the molding machine so many times it's looking ragged in a few areas, and kind of a shadow of its former self.
  6. A12 was an option code for only the '69 Coronet and Road Runner, so it doesn't apply to '68s. Unless you can see the date code stamped onto the wheel face near the valve stem hole in 1/25 scale, it's not a concern, regardless of who refers to which steel wheels as '"A12". They're just 15" x 6" steel wheels. If you're using full wheel overs, even less important.
  7. Shipped from South Korea 2/16/21, arrived in Milwaukee an hour ago. ?
  8. Absolutely. Although limited to one size louver, a row of open, aligned, accurate louvers would be more than welcome. Make it a few parallel rows for something like a trunk lid, with extra material on all sides, and you will have many serious builders' attention.
  9. With bonus center-door Model T:

  11. When you stumble upon good images of the contents on eBay...interesting to note the black Stomper version of the Blazer states the kit was made in Hong Kong:
  12. Ha, this contest is over, we have seen the winner, hands down.
  13. Can you highlight the Share link by holding your finger down, then dragging it back over the link?
  14. Hmmm, hopefully the Kats at Round2 have been digging to find this lost insert, which will allow them to reissue the Strip 'N" Surf '72 Chevy Sportsvan, sans windows of course:
  15. They have reissued almost half a dozen of the 1/32 Scale Stars kits: Atlantis is soon to release three or four former Monogram 1/32 scale kits, too:
  16. Best to start with this, adding the search term for whatever you are wanting to find out: "decal removal", "best primer", "How to cut open doors", etc.:
  17. Hmm, does the "Share" link on the YouTube page copy when you use Command C? Assuming that is copy for an i-device like it was was on my old iMac laptop. Not sure if that will save it to your clipboard or not. I am on a PC, so maybe the automatic copying of the Share link from YouTube is not automatic on an iPad.
  18. If you want to share a YouTube video here and embed it in the body of your post, click the "Share" (just to the right of the thumbs down) underneath the video window: After you click the Share, you'll see this: Copy the link (and click the "Start at..." if you want the embedded video to start at a particular time), then paste it here, in the body of your post, like so:
