  1. Contact Joseph @ Fireball Modelworks, he had one in the works a while back.
  2. Looks good, I have been planning to build the Honker for a while, have all the parts, just need the time. Have you seen these pictures, good reference. https://www.mecum.com/lots/FL0117-269781/1964-dodge-330-lightweight-hemi-honker/
  3. Looks great so far. Regarding the fender vents, have you taken a look at the MCG '71 'cuda detail set, it has the vents included.
  4. Yes, we have waited long enough, we need a new 1957 Nomad.
  5. No problems here, always responds to emails. I received an order today that was placed a couple weeks ago.
  6. I have never received a response to any of my emails, phone calls, facebook messages. I had a problem with an order when they shipped to the wrong address and had to open a dispute with paypal in order to get a response out of them.
  7. Fireball Modelworks has the correct steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps. http://www.fireballmodels.info/
  8. I had a Staedtler Compass with an adjustable width ink quill that I would fill with red paint to paint redlines. Worked great as I could adjust the line width, until I misplaced it. I tried to find a new one with this tip with no luck, maybe they are not offered anymore. Here is a picture of the tip I am referring to, although this is picture is of an antique set, the tip is the same.
  9. I was going to ask the same thing.
  10. I think the chipping is due to the layers under the color coat. I have never had an issue with Scale Finishes, it lays down smooth and very durable when it dries.
  11. I have seen a few cars with those hood stripes, they were an option. Just like seeing some 340 Duster's with the huge 340 numbers across one side of the hood.
  12. Here is a link to Arnie Beswick's 'The Comet'
  13. Have a look at this thread. I recently inquired about a suitable gold paint for some Lamborghini wheels. A few examples of the Tamiya gold is shown.
  14. I have used the Chromatic Flip paint from Zero Paints. These type of pearls require a black base and the pearl top coat applied in very thin coats until the desired effect is achieved.
  15. I emailed Jameston earlier this month and he replied almost immediately to my emails.
  16. Oh ok, is that a replacement for the Depot show?
  17. Doing good, busy working. Will be at the Garden City show, maybe will see you there?
  18. Thanks Gerry, I have the one on the right, looks like huge stars. Will definitely be ordering the new version.
  19. Wayne, looks good. I miss seeing your old Roadrunner. Where did you get the Duplicolor B5 blue?
  20. Thanks I will order the updated sheet.
  21. I noticed Scale Motorsport has Houndstooth decals again on black on clear. This look different from the original half black/hlaf red sheet. Has anyone seen these yet, have they corrected the Houndstooth pattern or is it the same oversized squares as the old one?
  22. Try www.bestmodelcarparts.com, they have nice printed dashboard gauges. If you don't see what you need, just ask. I needed a set for the AMT Blazer, put in a request and it was released a short time later.
