  1. I still have my 65, I keep it on display in the showroom. Wow small world and you need to pop in and say hi . I don't know many model cars builders.
  2. Wing does look a bit tall but I probably wouldn't use it anyhow. Do the exhaust tips look weird to anyone? Years ago I had a 71 Demon 340 and I don't think that is the shape for the tips but this is being nit picky on my part. Overall I am so excited about the kit.
  3. One more side shot. I need to finish this up tonight. I have a 68 GTO in the wings. Thanks everyone
  4. Many years ago I built a 1975 Hang Ten using Keith Marks decals. It actually came out pretty well. This picture is quite old and has been on my desktop for at least 10 years
  5. Thank you. It is a pretty nice kit especially for the late 90's release if I am not mistaken. It has fought me a little bit here and there but not awful.
  6. I should wrap up this 67 R/T this next week. The body paint and vinyl top etc was done by Mike Hanson many years ago and it is Turbine Bronze. The paint is fabulous on this kit. I think I have had it in my to be built stash for 10 plus years. I need to finish up with like a few suspension pieces, Hemi emblems, wipers etc. Nice kit maybe not the best body shape but still builds pretty nice. I own a 1:1 red 67 R/T now and back years ago I had a Turbine Bronze with white top and white interior R/T.
  7. Tim thanks for the update. I have the kit on order and pretty excited about the release.
  8. Well this is great news. I have the Demon on order and looking forward to that Coronet hardtop. I also would like the 63 F100! This could be an expensive year. Oh then there are the Moebius 65 Coronets coming at some point I assume?
  9. I have never seen a 73 Grand Am built and look like that! Oh my goodness such a great job.
  10. That is a great job. I spent a considerable amount of time in a friend's 72. Green white vinyl top and those exact wheels.

    69 Nova

Very nice. I like the wheels that would have been optional and really like the thin wsw tires. Great job.
  12. There was a 1967 Imperial on Bring a Trailer last week that looked very similar to the 68 you built. Nice builds.

    1967 GTX

    That really looks good
  14. Great story. My dad was looking in 1972 at a used 1970 Fury III. For about the same money they had a Sublime 70 Superbird on the same lot. I told my dad btw you should by that Superbird instead of the Fury as it will probably be worth a lot of money some day. Of course he bought the Fury.
  15. You know the sad thing about the Chrysler small block is they all did that and a little STP took care of it. At least until your next oil change. When I say all there were probably a lot that didn't but it was pretty common and after the engine warmed up the lifter click went away. I don't think the 340's did it but quite a few 318's did. Anyhow a little worthless knowledge many years later.
  16. That kit has held up well. If I posted my pictures of my builds from high school you may not be that impressed. Great job!!!
