  1. You know the sad thing about the Chrysler small block is they all did that and a little STP took care of it. At least until your next oil change. When I say all there were probably a lot that didn't but it was pretty common and after the engine warmed up the lifter click went away. I don't think the 340's did it but quite a few 318's did. Anyhow a little worthless knowledge many years later.
  2. That kit has held up well. If I posted my pictures of my builds from high school you may not be that impressed. Great job!!!
  3. That is a great job. Congratulations
  4. Good job, actually very good job. I am learning to do body test fits before I go through the heart ache of a paint job etc getting messed up from putting the body and chassis together.
  5. Bill good morning. I am finishing up a 67 Coronet R/T right now it is a Revell but a few years release before the 69 Charger and 68 Charger. I would think it would be similar but I installed the glass and then put the assembled interior into the body shell. I typically leave the radiator support loose because of the tight fit of the engine that is in the chassis. You may want to get other opinions but that worked for me.
  6. Nice job and I agree with Michelle I wish they would release an Aspen R/T.
  7. Well having the same kit but never building I think this looks great. It may be the only finished one I have ever seen! Great job.
  8. Is that an updated Kawasaki Mach III or Mach IV kit they are showing on the Hasegawa stand? Good way to own one with out killing myself
  9. Kind of a work of art. Congratulations
  10. This appeared on Model Car Roundup this morning. https://www.modelroundup.com/1970-Dodge-Challenger-USPS-p/amt-r2-1401.htm
  11. Looks really good and love the hardtop. I think the only thing that always stood out to me on the AMT kit is the headlights. They never quite look correct like too small or something. You did a beautiful job on that build.
  12. I have that same kit. 1. Richard Petty's car and the second one being a factory stock. I will watch this.
  13. Great looking GTO Those wheels from Fireball look so much more accurate. I assume you used his 14" wheels and the backs from the kit fit with those wheels? Thanks great job again
  14. I built the 356 coupe and it really looks nice on display. I painted the interior etc but did not paint the body just used Tamiya clear on it. My daughter bought it for me for Christmas as I don't think I would have bought it for myself. Nice kit though and not quite a simple Easy Click. I really do not like all the James Bond gadgetry on this DB5 and yes price seems a tad steep also.
