  1. Very nice and stock.....great job
  2. Hopefully last week of assembly since my wife makes me strip my work area for Christmas. I am being threatened or getting the looks. Anyhow this is a beautifully painted & detailed body by Mike Hanson of the new 68 GTO kit. Great lines and being a Craftsman kit pretty simple. Had a few issues with wheel backs not fitting on the pins and the rear axle weirdly not long enough but fairly easy fixes. Hopefully by next weekend posting under glass. I will eventually paint my own kit again once weather gets a bit better. Thanks everyone
  3. I built a Porsche 993 Italeri a few years ago. I wanted to throw it out so many times and just be done with it. I finished it after fighting with it for months.
  4. Mine is in the wings waiting to be built. You did a really good job and as someone said great black paint.
  5. Thanks Steve. I was trying to watch the video and see and also looked at Tim's sight. Good idea that the grill is separate and NOT chrome.
  6. Very nice indeed. I feel like I am in the 50's
  7. HPI guys has a video review of the Demon now. I think it is interesting that the grill appears to be in two pieces. A base that includes headlight surrounds and then grill inserts. At least that is what it looks like to me on the video. Maybe Tim Boyd can share since he had the kit also.
  8. Looks really great. I have that kit though never tackled it. Excellent job on the details etc.
  9. Wow! This should be a great build. I remember those parts on Shapeways. Btw wasn't the grill on the Sport Satellite more like the GTX grill but no emblem ? I cannot remember.
  10. That is about as good as it gets for that kit! Congratulations on a fantastic build.
  11. Love it, the stock look and the dash lights are a killer!!!
  12. Tim your black and red 1974 was such a great looking car. The 1975 360 though with lower horsepower was still a dual exhaust non catalyst car in the Duster and the Dart. As you know most cars in 1975 had done away with duals and had catalyst on them. I think if you ordered a 360 4bbl in the Roadrunner (Fury body) in 1975 you could get it as a dual exhaust car also. Good info.
  13. Don it is in the under glass section. Thanks so much.
  14. Nice kinda stock Willys
  15. I agree and the sad thing is those resin bodies are going to be quite expensive now too. Maybe not 800+ dollars but still high.
  16. That 74 360 was one of the more powerful engines in the mid 70's. That first year 360HP was so strong !
