  3. Model car Roundup still shows them!
  4. Looking good.
  5. Beautiful build Randy. Those are kits that my grandsons will be trying to find on Ebay when they are adults.
  6. I really like the narrow body Cobra. Nice job.
  7. Good job Michelle. I was wondering this week why we hadn't seen a kit from you in awhile.
  8. Actually now that you pointed it out my 62 year old eyes see the cartoon on the white stripe!
  9. I can't really tell but are the Roadrunner decals that go on the longitude stripes there? If I remember right my early models the ones with the incorrect dash and incorrect chassis did not have Roadrunner decals. I know the tin box had them. I just cannot tell from the pictures

  14. Randy I thank you for the tips. I do believe I need to buy a fresher set for my next build. Here is the finished car that I also posted Under Glass.
  15. I love it. Great job
  16. Thanks everyone. I kind of needed to get my model car building juices flowing again and this did the trick.
  17. Thanks
  18. Here is my quick build of the 65 Coronet 500. I did very little detail and do want to apologize for my picture taking ability. As I posted before I did this as a trial run for my red 65 Coronet build that will be detailed to represent my 1:1 car. These are a little tough to build but they finally go together and I overall had fun with the build. My first build in a couple years. My last build was a 68 AMT Roadrunner. Makes in to a nice promo! Thanks everyone.
  19. Looking good.
  20. Thanks!
  21. I am continuing to work on the basic Polar Lights kit with a red one sitting ready for me to fully detail. I worked on the grill with some black wash and with a suggestion for the headlights from another post here I used Faspearl white Faskolor paint on the headlights. I still need to do a little more to the grill and I obviously need to do some more work centering the wsw's. The wsw's are viny decals and they may be too old. I have had hard time removing them from the contact paper once they are on the tire and very hard to center.
  22. Thanks Randy. I am going to go home this evening and try it. I will post pictures. I am so frustrated with this.
  23. I am building a Polar Lights 65 Coronet and trying to apply the Pegasus wsw vinyl transfers to the tires but having kind of a hard time. I am at the office so I cannot post pictures but I know what you are supposed to do with the contact paper on top of the decals and pressing down on the tire. I leave the vinyl wsw transfer on for a few minutes but once I start pulling the top paper off the wsw it comes off the tire also. If I just try to apply them without the contact paper I cannot for the life of me get them centered or where they look even around the tire. So asking here for some help on maybe a better method. I have applied water style wsw or redline decals over the years and never really had an issue with them looking correct. I hope this makes sense. Anyhow thanks in advance for the advice.
  24. Very interesting. thanks
