  7. Wow. You're becoming an expert at mixing and matching kit stash and bash car parts and paint. Nice work!
  8. Cool-looking build. Nice job guys!
  9. Very nice work. Great-looking build. Question, the first few pictures the red color seems much lighter. And did you use Tamiya pink primer?
  10. Gracious! Those builds are fantastic. Nice work, and thanks for posting.
  11. My humble opinion, the inserts are cloth, and the rest is red vinyl. Not the shiny vinyl. Kind of semi-gloss sheen. I saw a tip on putting a shine on leather once. Paint it flat then lightly buff it out with a tissue. I'd keep the inserts kind of flat black. (I think they do have some kind of pattern to them). But as usual, whatever you do will probably look much better. Looking fine so far, my friend.
  12. Welcome Paul, hope you will enjoy the forum.
  13. Great bit of realism. Nice job!
  14. Very nice job. They were great little cars to drive. Never seen one look quite that sexy.
  15. Great job. Makes you want to keep looking and finding little things to make you ooh and ah.
  16. Nicely done. I once had a white one with a 327. Nice build.
  17. Great build. Good-looking old Ford.
  18. Waiting to see it in the sunlight! Good-looking build.

  22. Thanks very much for your input and quick response. And your right, the nice job you're doing on the bright work looks great!
  23. Great job on that nasty trunk warp. That 57 is going to be gorgeous. I hope you won't mind my stepping on your post, but I have a question for you about the red color. I am currently working on a Tribute car (Modified 2X Eddie Flemke) and was seeking your advice on the paint. Should I use a white primer, or perhaps a Tamiya pink primer? I would appreciate your input. Hope you don't mind the pictures to show that everything is red. Rollbars, frame, interior (check out the pink rollbar padding) and the odd kind of maroon nerf bars. If this much wording and pics are objectionable to you, I will delete it all. But I value your expertise on this.
  24. Bill and Ted said it " Be excellent to each other " wouldn't THAT be something!?
