    Super build! Beautiful all the way around. Great paint, stance and detail. I would like to know what color you painted the carburetors. I've tried various combinations of gold etc., can never seem to get that look. Info would be appreciated, thanks.

    Welcome Brian. That is some kind of 10 tons of complicated modeling. I wish you much luck in your build. There are some excellent truck and big truck modelers here on the forum who would be only too happy to offer tips and encouragement. Looking forward to your W.I.P pics, and your completed build.

    3 light coats of Tamiya TS-49 Bright Red. No clear, no polish. On the headers, wave that Bic back and forth, pull it away when it starts to droop. Good luck.

    Chas, I wave a bic lighter under the straight tube styrene, and it will droop and bend itself. (Sometimes it needs some delicate encouragement). Might take a few tries. Then cut and sand at the bend. Hope that helps.

    First glance had me looking for some kind of Skoal Bandit sponsorship. That color green, I guess. Nice stance, and photography. Nice-looking build for sure!
