I Photoshopped some generic round instrument panel gauges into various sizes for my models that don't have decals. Just put clear sticky tape over the ones you want to use, cut them out and PVA glue into pre-painted silver/chrome bezels. The two pages were originally A4 size PDF but had to convert to jpeg to upload here. Hope they can be of some use to others.

Could possibly be the device you're using. The tablet I use at work has the same problem but when I'm on here at home it's fine.
