  1. Great job on this racing T-Bird.
  2. Excellent work! Your lighting effects really add something unique.
  3. Super cool build and mods Oliver!
  4. Super job! Ticks all the boxes!
  5. Amazing realism! Love it.
  6. Wow! Super job on this.
  7. Super job on this Shawn. Colour choices give the right 'brutish' look to it!
  8. Looks fantastic Donald. The LEDs really add!
  9. A marathon effort Steve! Looks amazing.
  10. Beautiful Lou. Your 'metalwork' is second to none. I have this kit unbuilt in my stash but when I build it somehow I don't think it will be up to your standard!
  11. Looks fantastic Chuck. Don't know what it is about those mid 60s Continentals but they are the coolest.
  12. Thanks Dan. The wire wheels are WAY too wide even for the optional wider tyres that are in the kit. Ended up shaving about 1/8" off the inside faces and they were still too wide for the stock tyres. The rims are sitting proud of the tyre walls on the inside but can't be seen unless you flip the car over.
  13. Thanks for the kind comments everybody. I took some indoor pics last night. I probably could have done better with the fit of the front bumper/chrome work but meh. Good enough.
  14. Turned out great Keith. Those wheels set it off too. Re the decals disintegrating; I'm at the stage now where I don't trust any kit's decals. I always try one of the decals that I won't be using first to see what happens to it.
  15. Looks super cool Jim. The show was very popular here in Australia. The Torino's big stripe was emulated at the time on a lot of cars here. Little Datsuns and Corollas getting around with it. They looked ridiculous!
  16. "So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverleee. HILLS that is.'' Top job on this famous Olds Tony. The weathering is spot on. And complete with Granny's blanket!
  17. Whoa! That is one nice looking rod. Killer colour, finish and those wheels really set it off.
  18. Well deserved show award. Some excellent detailing work on this.
  19. Thanks Lee. The gauges are a spare set of decals that come with the AMT 63 Nova Wagon.
  20. Thanks Robert. Yes it is!
  21. Finished this today. All kit parts finished in factory Champagne Mist airbrushed with my usual home brew artist's tube acrylics thinned with Windex and polished floor clear. AMT SO nailed this model. A joy to build. Thanks Round 2 for this issue!
  22. Originally built this as a stock but wasn't really happy with it. I thought if I'm going to strip it back I might as well do the kit supplied drag version with it's worked Buick V-6. Glad I did! I'll revisit the stock version later with a second kit.
  23. Looks great Tony. May not be your best work but still a mighty fine build!
  24. Nice job John. Super clean paint and decals.
  25. Excellent job. Good luck with the Run! ?
