  1. Looks great! Good to see the stock build of this kit.
  2. Registered in two states! I have no idea why I put those plates on. As I'm a democratically minded person and the majority of comments are saying don't repaint I'll respect that and won't. But I will polish the paint and BMF/Molotow the trim and see how it turns out.
  3. Looking good Brian!
  4. This Lindberg is a very decent kit of (to me) the nicest looking 60s Chevy. One of my earliest pre-airbrush models painted with rattle can enamels. Not bad but not great either and when I can find a decent paint stripper and replacement decals I'll re-do it. Built before I discovered BMF and Molotow, the 'chrome ' trim is silver paint brushed on which looks ok out in the sun but nowhere else! Left hand outer tail light missing too. Aaagh!
  5. Beautiful job Pierre! Weathering and finish is exceptional. I love the history and 'atmosphere' of these early race cars.
  6. Top work again on these 'covers' subjects Mike.
  7. Looks great Mike. Well done on the mods and decal choice too.
  8. Great build Ken! Don't think this show aired in Australia, even though they inflicted Gilligan's Island and Dobie Gillis repeats on us year after year......
  9. Brilliant job on both of these Scott! Alclad really sets things off. Is that a WWI aero engine (Mercedes?)?
  10. Yeah Nah

    The Invader

What a treat to look at Kenneth. Great job!
  11. Great job on both of these Matt. It was Airfix 1/32 cars that got me really interested in the hobby. Fond memories of the AH Sprite, Triumph TR-4A and even Vauxhall Viva.....
  12. Amazing museum quality build Charles. Detail work is outstanding.
  13. Looks pretty cool Pat. Ready to tear up the salt flats!
  14. Another excellent 'covers' build. Looks brilliant!
  15. Love this! Great build.
  16. Another breathtaking beauty Louis. Love this!
  17. Neat looking Bel Air Matt! Top job.
  18. Apologies for the misname Pete! I must have been looking at Bill Spencer's post above mine and got his name stuck in my head. That, or I'm just getting old and dotty........
  19. I second that! Exceptional model.
  20. Looks pretty good from here Bill. Sure makes an interesting contrast to the US giants of the same era!
  21. Beautiful work Harold!
  22. Looks great Mike. Nice, solid colour application and finish.
  23. Yeah Nah

    69 Nova

    Excellent Nova! Looks brilliant John.
  24. SWEET! Assuming this Esci/ERTL was a re-issue of AMT, I have both this (unbuilt) and the more recent Revell (built) version. The Revell is technically better, but IMHO I think the AMT leaves it for dead for appeal.
  25. Excellent work Mike! Looks good with the Potvin up front. Been after this kit for ages but hard to find a reasonably priced one here in Australia.
