    The other side was missing a coupler and the body of one of the parts not even close to reality. I fashioned a coupler from 2.5mm thick styrene, .030”x.040” styrene. After that, a lot of reshaping the body to more closely look like the real thing, added more strip styrene to lengthen. Now I can finally move on.

    It’s been a while. The pumps needed extensive reworking to even fit properly. On top of that, they lack detail badly. This sneered the mounting holes elongated, the pump housing cut and extended. Then to make it look more real, I molded a strip of styrene on housing where tube slides into it.

    I’m watching this one Topher. My father came so close to pulling the trigger on one when they became available. The pricing just came in too high. He wanted the RS grille and 4 wheel disc, along with a few more options, it was almost 6 grand.
