Italeri Bugatti 35B 1/12 Swedish version
bbowser replied to maysula's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
That is impressive! Beautiful work. -
My opinion this was a complete joke. The Clash used to be a showcase of speed from the previous year pole sitters, now its a slow-motion demolition derby. 1/4 mile tracks and heat races belong at your local short track. What does everyone think?

Nice job! Keep them coming. -
All of the above! Those headlights really make a difference.

Beautiful! I'm working on this very kit at the moment, hope it comes out as nice.

Heller Citroen DS3 WRC 2013
bbowser replied to galaxyg's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
Sounds like a typical Heller kit with the sketchy instructions. Very nice work! Was the body in white and all the rest decals? Well done. -
LOL, thought I had a scoop as it showed up in one of my emails today

Nice score! Looks to be some gems there. -
Outstanding rework! I had a few of those Renwal kits eons ago but didn't do them justice, would like another crack at them but not at today's prices.
-
Thanks for the comments! I just noticed the attachment nubs I missed on the rear hood (bonnett?), have since been removed. This kit also had great metal transfers for the front and rear insignias.

I agree, great job! Those Polar Lights kits are definitely not shake and bake. -
Finished this one last night. Only my second Tamiya kit, everything people say about them is true. The body on this one was so nice I decided not to paint it, just some foil work. Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

Incredibly realistic! It tells the story beautifully, thanks for sharing.

XKSS prices are through the roof, looking forward to the re-release! -
Inventory the collection - Pricing etc
bbowser replied to mopargreg's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I have an xcel sheet for my stash, I put the price I paid (if known) but a significant portion were purchased long ago and have no data. But I likewise know what I have. More than once I've considered a purchase only to refer to my spreadsheet to discover I already have one! -
I don't usually go for this style but that is outstanding!

Great job on this, love the colors. I built one of these awhile back and can attest to the difficulty factor. Well done.

So many possibilities for variants, like they've done with the 'T's. Really looking forward to this!
