    MGB-GT

    That's a beauty! Nice color.
  3. Beautiful job! Paint and decals look fantastic, PE really enhances the overall look. Well done.
  4. It's worth the wait, outstanding replica!
  5. Beautiful work as always! Really nice to see a standard built. Hope to see many more of your builds.
  6. Very nice! I've looked at a few of these, first one I've seen built. How did it go together?
  7. Got it today, great issue. I have the Italeri Fiat in the stash, this may be the boot I need to tackle it.
  8. I don't claim to be an outstanding driver but in icy and snowy conditions we get 9 months a year up here ABS seems ill suited. Same with traction control when you're trying to get a run up a snow covered hill. I would guess that most of us here learned to control a vehicle without all these "aids" and therefore can use them appropriately. How many people do you know can parallel park? Is that even taught anymore?
  9. Rear view cameras are useless if the back is dirty, like after driving 2 miles in a storm. I find it blinding if I'm trying to back up in the dark by conventionally turning my head and looking. I also hate antilock brakes, stand on the pedal and pray? Just take away my control, great idea.?
  10. Very nice! Some of those stalled projects look pretty cool as well.
  11. Looks great! Many of my old builds have the same issue with decals yellowing. It seems worse on ones I used setting solution on.
  12. Missed this the first time. Excellent work! Love to see these classics.
  13. Looks great, nice color.
  14. What a great replica, and a terrible fate for an old race car!
  15. Great concept! Don't put too much stagger in
  16. This came to my attention today. A guy in Spain 3D printing engines and wheels on the side: https://www.motortrend.com/features/dbs-works-3d-printed-model-engines/?wc_mid=4035:22635&wc_rid=4035:1891539&_wcsid=BCA4DDC269BD48AC8C7644795A745FE8AE6F74720D3C56BF
  17. Love that color and the white interior really makes it pop! Really nice work.

Yeah, I was too chicken to try to paint them.
  19. Neat subject beautifully done. Keep them coming!
  20. Does anyone know what scale this kit is? Several of the ebay offerings call it 1/72 but I find that hard to believe? They have several others in the "Quick Build" line that are interesting.

It's 1/24. Thanks for all the kind comments.

Finished this up last night, not the best but I'm glad its done! Typical Heller kit, quirky assembly, vague instructions but the only game in town for this vehicle. I should have taken some interior shots before closing it up, can't see much through the windows. Neat little 4-cylinder engine/transaxle with decent details. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
