    Some Mopars

    Great collection!
  2. I keep coming back to this one, very sharp build. I didn't realize Lexus made such a sporty coupe!
  3. Now that's cool! Where did you source the 6-banger?
  4. Really nice work. Outstanding photography as well.
  5. All I can say is I never lost anything in Texas!
  6. I was there as well, in October/November. It was still hot enough that they cancelled outdoor PT a few times. Then they sent me to Duluth, talk about weather shock! RIP Dusty.
  7. The AMT '66 Olds has both front and rear sway bars, I have one on the bench right now.
  8. Love it! Reminds me of my old beast.
  9. Dave, some great information here, thanks for sharing. My condolences on your loss.
  10. That's a beauty, nice job!
  11. The chrome tree in this kit got the lacquer coating but not the "chrome", so I did a blacked-out version using various sheens of black, gloss, semi-gloss, matte, satin, and flat. The minibike chopper was in the kit as well although there was no mention of it anywhere on the box. Comments welcome, thanks for looking!
  12. Great first post, you'll fit right in. Keep them coming.
  13. Layer lines seem to be a stumbling block for 3d printing. I'm interested in seeing how the acetone process plays out with ABS should you decide to go that route. I'm very much following your progress with this Redbull.
  14. Great save! Did you have much work removing the side skirts? I have one of these that I've been putting on the back burner. What did you use for rechroming the bumpers?
  15. Beautiful tribute, condolences.
  16. I love the look with the black wheels, very nice!
  17. A true survivor, very nice! S.S. Grand Prix
  18. Wow, beautiful work! I've been debating on getting this kit, how was the build?

    Brett Bodine

    Really nice job!
  20. Very cool! I remember a TV show back in the '60s that featured park rangers riding around on one of these fighting crime, etc. It was called the Everglades.
  21. I like it! Yes Heller kits are quirky but they offer subjects you can't get anywhere else. You did a great job.
  22. They sure look good from here! What issues are you having with water based paint? I'm thinking of switching, easier clean up and friendlier fumes seem to be worth investigating.
  23. Thanks Dave and Rich for the kind words. I've been on a F1 kick lately, amassing 1/24 kits, I don't have room for anything bigger.
  24. Love that color, well done!
